bremkat Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 The only way I can see to give individual training is if a player has impressed in the monthly and then you can choose to control individual position training on the news screen. You cant seem to change focus or preferred move though. If you go into the B team training screen all the options are greyed out. I have the best coaches for the under 19's so it's a bit disconcerting when they move to the B team and I cant seem to set anything up! Anyone know if I can do this? herne79 Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Spanish B teams are effectively different clubs, so you have no control. The only workaround I've heard of is to add yourself as a new manager to the B team (so long as they are in a playable league), set your training up and then go on holiday.
