Waterloo1815 Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 Good evening I am planning on switching from my classical 4-3-2-1 formation that I have been using for a long time now (in FM2015) to a rigid 4-3-3 (in FM2016). I am using two full stoppers in the mid defense (with the defensive wings for support). The question is - what role should I assign to my MC? I think it will be the most important player. Thank you. summatsupeer Posted December 29, 2015 Share Posted December 29, 2015 I would say you really need a role that instructs the player to "Hold Position" otherwise you will have no central player which will limit passing options and leave you open for counter attacks. DavidPengilley Posted December 29, 2015 Share Posted December 29, 2015 Very interesting formation, I'd probably have a holding midfielder in the middle and, perhaps, a wider playmaker?
