SaftSack
Hi, when i try to load a game it says "there is not enough free space on drive C:..." but i could load a game seconds before the update. When I try to exit EHM it says "get_number_of_human_stuff() : the staff table doesn´t exist" What´s wrong? Can I undo 15.17.0b? Want to play right now Thanks! I get to the second page (where you select the game start date, and whether to retain players and staff. Cheers Schneides

derr12
would a save game help troubleshoot this bug? i assumed not since it happens when you create a new game as well. but here is what i got from the event viewer. after attempting to laod a savegame and failing it crashes when you try to exit; here is the crash data; - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="Application Error" /> <EventID Qualifiers="0">1000</EventID> <Level>2</Level> <Task>100</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2015-11-27T02:11:04.000000000Z" /> <EventRecordID>12821</EventRecordID> <Channel>Application</Channel> <Computer>derrick-PC</Computer> <Security /> </System> - <EventData> <Data>ehm.exe</Data> <Data>15.17.0.21984</Data> <Data>564b3e7c</Data> <Data>ehm.exe</Data> <Data>15.17.0.21984</Data> <Data>564b3e7c</Data> <Data>c0000005</Data> <Data>001b8d79</Data> <Data>c0c</Data> <Data>01d128b8cdc8ba31</Data> <Data>C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Eastside Hockey Manager\ehm.exe</Data> <Data>C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Eastside Hockey Manager\ehm.exe</Data> <Data>1c2f72d4-94ac-11e5-8c37-00241d7cf1f8</Data> </EventData> </Event> and the second entry; <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="Windows Error Reporting" /> <EventID Qualifiers="0">1001</EventID> <Level>4</Level> <Task>0</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2015-11-27T02:11:05.000000000Z" /> <EventRecordID>12822</EventRecordID> <Channel>Application</Channel> <Computer>derrick-PC</Computer> <Security /> </System> - <EventData> <Data /> <Data>0</Data> <Data>APPCRASH</Data> <Data>Not available</Data> <Data>0</Data> <Data>ehm.exe</Data> <Data>15.17.0.21984</Data> <Data>564b3e7c</Data> <Data>ehm.exe</Data> <Data>15.17.0.21984</Data> <Data>564b3e7c</Data> <Data>c0000005</Data> <Data>001b8d79</Data> <Data /> <Data /> <Data>C:\Users\derrick\AppData\Local\Temp\WERB6FA.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml</Data> <Data>C:\Users\derrick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_ehm.exe_7307ff0739223ec74bcabb6331dee19ef908d_05edbc66</Data> <Data /> <Data>0</Data> <Data>1c2f72d4-94ac-11e5-8c37-00241d7cf1f8</Data> <Data>1</Data> </EventData> </Event>

Schneides
I am on Windows 7 and 64 bit as well. The new version has the same problem. I tried clearing the temporary .cfg files as you suggested in another thread but the same problem. Cheers Schneides
cmunch90
Same problem here + it crashes every time I quit the game... I noticed the EHM install was directly on C: Instead of in C: program...Steam. Don't know whether yours like that too?
Schneides
I am still getting the same problem with update 1.0.2, I tried wiping it all off of the computer (local files from Steam, all the files in AppData and the files in the Sports Interactive file in My Documents). Cheers Schneides
SI Staff Riz Remes Posted December 11, 2015 SI Staff Share Posted December 11, 2015 It sounds like something very specific to the system you are running the game on. I'll try and look if there is a way to make the diskspace checks optional for such systems.
steelheadstoudt
I'm having the same problem on Windows 7 64 bit. Then get an error when I quit the game. "get_number_of_human_staff() : the staff table doesn't exist" I have to click that 4 times before the game will quit.
Schneides
Riz Any luck fixing this problem? Cheers Schneides
stensson79
I have the same problem. I see in the Preferences section that you can choose User Data Folder. In my case that is a network folder. Could that be the problem? I'm unable to choose another drive to store the User Data.

mworrell
I am having this problem also, except I'm new to the game. I have never even saved anything. I am also running Windows 7 64 bit
Asher413
Did anyone ever post a fix for this issue?? I thought it was patched. This was a version from three months ago with the issue.. Has it popped up again?
mworrell
I guess I'm just lucky. It works fine on my one laptop, but not my other. Not sure why. Any ideas?
SI Staff Riz Remes Posted February 17, 2016 SI Staff Share Posted February 17, 2016 The latest version has an option in the preferences to turn off the diskspace checks in case you are running the game on a system where this causes issues.
Schneides
Riz, Thanks for this. Version 1.1 works for me. Cheers Schneides
