dnewbolt
I have taken Fisher Athletic to their first season in the Prem. (2019/20!). My stadium capacity is about 12K which I fill out every home game and have done for the last 7 seasons. Every time I ask to increase it, the local planning department reject it (5 times so far) leaving me with not very much money to improve my squad. I will leave it to democracy. Do I stick with them or leave behind all my hard work (!) and accept the job offer from Sunderland (mid-lower prem)?
Swindon69
Stick with it - you might get lucky.
NCFC Gee
Stick it out, eventually if you can get enough money together a new stadium will be built, ideally survival in the Prem will bring about enough money for this to happen.
The_Anecdotalist
Keep the job! There'll be nothing more satisfying than winning the CL with them, eventually.
gcormack
stick with it - you didnt come all this way to ditch them at the last moment
Ginger
You are lucky - I have the same dilema and only a capacity of 3,000 with Solihull Moors!! Keep going and let us know how you get on!

Carl_272
Stick it out. I'm doing the same thing with Redditch. On a side-not, I'd rather eat my own faeces than manage Sunderland.
TomHAVFC
Stick it out. I'm doing the same thing with Redditch. On a side-not, I'd rather eat my own faeces than manage Sunderland. Lol. On the other hand, Stick with them, what's the point in taking a team who many people haven't even heard of into the Prem and then ditching them when you've done it. Bit silly really. wardog
Lol. Anyway ive never done this before however i would stick with them. You havent spent all those years to leave over 12000 people you leave and the team get relegated you would always be hated or become the prodical son to those 12000 people. Gerry-Atric
Yeah the longer you stay the better, you will become a legend! stick with it and hopefully if you keep in premiership the money should mount for you to be able to build a new stadium although this could still take a few years to do. . . . mag man
I found that after so many rejections for increased stadium and a little premier league success, I was Maidstone up from below the conference south/north that I got a new stadium, now up to 75000.
