familiarity with team shapes and mentalities

Recommended Posts

I want my team to be familiar with a number of shapes and mentalities. Previously I have tended to pick three formations, each with a different mentality and shape and stuck at training those all season.

Is it feasible to get my team familiar with all mentalities and shapes if I rotate those options, say, every month? Is it too much to hope they can master them all?

I have never bothered to include 'overload' in my tactics training. Is there likely to be much benefit if I do so in future? I've never selected 'contain' either.
