Nation: Thinking about eastern europe or southern europe

Division: Top Division, unless the lower league side has a good youth facilities that I could use to build my own talent

European Competition: Not too fussed

Media Prediction: Not too fussed either

Board Expectation(s): As long as it's not relegation, I'll be fine

Transfer Budget: Decent? A little bit of money at least

Wage Budget: Same

Finances: Decent/not in debt

Other: Just looking for a new challenge

Dinamo (Zagreb) in Croatia is just a conveyer belt of amazing youth products. On the downside you're expected to win the league in the first season.

Hadjuk Split in Croatia is not far behind Dinamo in producing youth, and has a much bigger stadium/fan base/average attendance (by far the biggest in Croatia I think) and you're only expected to challenge for the title so get slightly more time to build.

I was looking at the Turkish league too, any teams from there that anyone could recommend (apart from the big three)? And thanks Jibby123 I'll consider your suggestions :)

Trabzonspor would be perfect for you. They have Oscar Cardozo, Kevin Constant, Majeed Waris(very fast striker) and I think they have decent budget. Also Bursaspor would be great choice, they have a young talent called Enes Unal and he develops a lot and Taye Taiwo at left back.

As I never really got into tactics I really want to try this time. Long story short:

Nation: Somewhere in central Europe

Division: I don't care

European Competition: None

Media Prediction: I don't care

Board Expectation(s): Not too high so I don't get sacked easily

Transfer Budget: I don't care

Wage Budget: High enough to keep existing players and maybe add a free transfer or a loan move

Finances: stable

Other: I'm looking for a side which could give kind of feedback on my tatic. Not too big and famous so the individual player skills allow me to win everything but also not too bad. Any recommendations here? I always feel I'm mising out on the most important part of the game

Turkey is a hidden, often overlooked, gem of a cracking save, a lot of potential there. I had one of my best saves at Bursaspor quite a few versions ago.

Trabzonspor has a terrible financial situation in the game unfortunately. They have a loan of 76M euro running till 2044, and they have to pay 136M interest. Their projected balance after three seasons is 98M in the red. Going to be a very, very tough save if anyone decides to manage them

Shahkter Soligorsk of Belarus. Had a save with them last 4 games. Challenge Bate who have dominated the league for years. And reach as fee as you can in Europe. Managed to reach the quarter finals of the champions league after 4 seasons of building a team. You have pluck the best talent from Belarus as 5 max foreign players in starting 11. Its tough but a real enjoyable challenge. Managed to make the Belarus league 4 stars!! After my success in Europe.

Nation: England

Division: Conference North/South

European Competition: N/A

Media Prediction: Any

Board Expectation(s): Playoffs-mid table

Transfer Budget: Any

Wage Budget: Decent

Finances: Any

Other: Looking for a LLM game in England. I play a counter attacking 442 as my main tactic - direct passing at a high tempo with a target man and traditional wingers.

Appreciate any suggestions! Am leaning towards Hednesford Town at the moment. Good history, solid midfielder to build a team around, and team colours that aren't ridiculously garish.

Hednesford are a good one - in Archie Love and James Hurst you have close to the two best players in the league. Basingstoke are another good shout if you want to play with wingers.

Nation: Anywhere in Scandinavia

Division: Top

European Competition: Don't mind

Media Prediction: Not relegation favorites, but not #1

Board Expectation(s): Don't mind

Transfer Budget: Any

Wage Budget: Any

Finances: Not poor

Other: A good to great base for developing youth is desired. Basically I want a team that I can take to being the big fish in the small pond through (but not exclusively through) a youth-slanted approach. Any historical quirks/other curiosities that give the club personality are appreciated too.

I'm not too familiar with the Scandinavian sides, but maybe give IFK Göteborg a whirl.

They're always churning out prospects on my saves, and are usually one of the teams I try to get as a feeder.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll check them out. Göteborg the city looks quite pretty, so that's a positive.

Have you looked through CityandColour's thread here:

The guys in there might be able to give you good heads up's to nail down what you're looking for?

Nation: Any outside top European Nations (Spain, England, Italy etc)

Division: Second Tier , however would consider top tier if managing somewhere like Malaysia, Hong Kong etc.

Continental Competition: No

Media Prediction: Top Half / Playoffs

Board Expectation(s): As above

Transfer Budget: Not fussed

Wage Budget: Enough to sustain the current players as well as being able to attract 3/4 new players/loans.

Finances: Anything but insecure

Other: I am looking for a team to start a journeyman save with that i can build up to a reasonable level and then move on. I always disable first transfer window so i want a team who has enough options for every position (whether they're rubbish or not!). I initially want more focus on tactic building than team building.

Cheers

Nation:England

Division:Champ/league 1

European Competition:none

Media Prediction:mid tablers

Board Expectation(s):reasonable, not expecting promotion

Transfer Budget:a little to play with

Wage Budget:as above

Finances:good well run club with little or no debt

Other: would like good sized stadium with decent facilities, a local or fierce derby rivalry with a decent rep to attract good players.

Sheffield Wednesday! Big stadium, not much money to play with but could sell a couple to raise some cash! local derbies with Rotherham and Leeds. and Sheffield United if you end up in same league!

Club: Southampton

Division: English Premiership

Transfer Budget: £14m

Wage Budget: can't remember, about £1mpw

Finances: secure

Board Expectation(s): midtable/europa

Key Players: Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Pelle, Tadic, Clyne

Pros: The youth system should churn you out some great youngsters

Cons: Some of the better players just left. Hard to establish dominance quickly in the Premiership due to obscene money of other clubs.

Level of Difficulty (1-10 with 10 being difficult): 7

Additional Information: Plenty of extra money to be had instantly in the transfer clause buyouts

Not predicted to go up and in League One so may not meet you're requirements but Crewe in League One would be my recommendation. Have one of the best youth systems in England.

Well, predicted 24th in League one...

I hope this save will be my first long term save and since I'm not to far into the new FM...Crewe maybe will be a bit to hard!?

Leeds. Try Leeds.

As a Manchester United fan, no thanks :D

There is no team called Forrest :D.

Peterborough might be a decent shout. Wigan? Fulham aren't a bad shout either.

I was thinking Fulham to be honest, but is there anyone in League One worth a punt?
