Ohdear
Quick question - I just noticed that in my latest board appraisal I have moved from "secure" to "stable" in job security, even though basically little has changed. Is this a positive or negative move for my job security?
Barclay de Tolly
"stable" is one step below "secure" meaning that your job security rating has dropped a little bit. This rating often resets at the start of the new season which might be why yours has dropped. If you are in the middle of the season there is a variety of possible causes for this, e.g. losing matches or being above the wage budget. To view this go to "board room" and click "view board confidence".
Loki679
Could just be that your contract is running down so it'd cost less to sack you.
Ohdear
Ok thanks. I'll have a look.
realtimeFM
I check mine every couple of days or so (mainly to see what jobs are available), and I flick between Secure and Stable a fair bit.
Ohdear
Nothing to worry about then, I did wonder if there was some sort of problem arising, but probably not. Everything is above 50% happiness and a couple at near 100%. I'm probably not getting sacked imminently.
