El Presidente
Does anyone have a list of clubs' philosophies? I ask because I'd like to try out the different philosophies at different clubs. If not then I'd like to start one so here goes... BOLTON WANDERERS - Sign young players for the first team - Develop players using the club's youth system. vitri0l
you can find the full list by having a meeting with your board to discuss philosophy. Pretty sure you will see them all whatever club you do it with..
El Presidente
I don't think you can find them out at the start of a game before sign on as manager.
Jimbokav1971
Play possession football. Play direct football. Play attacking football. Play defensive football. Make the most of set pieces. Sign players from the Chairman's own nation. Sign players from the Club's own nation. Sign high profile players. Sign young players for the 1st team. Develop players using the clubs youth system. El Presidente
I meant what are each club's philosophies at the start of the game? Each individual CLUB. Hence starting the list off with Bolton.

Guest xwzq@
Similarly to when starting a new save, there are many perspectives in real life football teams squad building directions at the end of every transfer period that offer multiple interpretations when examined by a football fan or a football manager player. Is it difficult enough to follow all changes, imagine how difficult it is to record all these. And is it real to try and learn them all or understand all of them?
