kris0710
Following the passing of my Cambridge save I have decided to jump straight back in and this time I have my suitcase and passport at the ready. There are the 12 leagues that I loaded from the start. I will start the game unemployed, holiday and then apply for jobs from November 1st 2013. As I don't want to start in England I have set my rep as former semi pro footballer as it's highly doubtful i will get a foreign job as Sunday League rep. No aims, no goals other than to have fun and move around, certainly want to manage clubs and countries I haven't before.

kris0710
My first interview is with Belgian Third Division A side RFC Tournai, currently sat 17th out of 18 in the league. Interview number two is with Spanish Second Division B2 side Sestao River Club who sit 16th in a 20 team table. My first offer of management.
kris0710
RFC Tournai Belgian Third Division A Plenty of work to be done here. The squad has some good and bad but the first thing that I notice is the amount of defenders in the squad. With the club overspending on the wage front I may have to make do for now. Three games coming up in November against Wetteren (16th), Olsa Brakel (13th) and Bornem (6th).

kris0710
RFC Tournai Belgian Third Division A November 2013 A solid start to life in Belgium. We fell behind through our own making in the 91st minute against Wetteren with the defence passing the ball around between themselves before losing possession and allowing one pass then a first time shot into the roof of the net. We managed to level the game needing just THREE passes from the kick off. A one two then a ball into space allowed Ferreira to score. Win number one of my reign came at Olsa Brakel with two first half goals. The quality of the goals stood out in this match with the first coming from a tika-taka move that started with our goal kick. GK to DC to DC to MC to AML to ST to DM to ST to AMR - GOAL! Each of the passes were either first touch pass or control then pass. Brilliant stuff. The second goal was a powerful free kick from out on the right wing, Ferreira unleashed a shot that the keeper could only parry into the net. November came to a winning end with a late goal seeing off Bornem. We led after 25 minutes thanks to Ferreira picking out the run of Youla who slid the ball past the keeper. Again we conceded when we really shouldn't have, playing the ball around the Bornem box, one pass too many and they counter attack. Racing down the right wing and a cross to the edge of the box the attacker was on hand to volley in an amazing goal. The winner came from a short corner, the ball knocked to the edge of the box and a half volley from Custovic into the bottom left hand corner. Friendly Proposal Our finances are set to be helped with this friendly during the Winter Break December sees just three more league games, away at leaders VW Hamme, at home to 14th placed FCV Dender and a trip to 4th placed Sint-Niklaas. FiftyBeforeThirty
This looks a good career in the making, some interesting nations there too for you to play with! Tournai offer a great challenge there and so far you're doing great! The £70k from that Dortmund friendly will halve your negative balance, that's insane haha! Best of luck with this! kris0710
RFC Tournai Belgian Third Division A December 2013 We are very much the draw specialists of this league but it has been enough to keep the morale up. December kicked off with a point at leaders VW Hamme where we were just eight minutes from victory. A brace from winger Custovic put us in front after falling behind after seventeen minutes. An easy tap in from a rebound gave us a lead against FCV Dender but we failed to build on that with the away side scoring from a corner in the 72nd minute. The Winter Break came after a third draw with Sint-Niklaas. Leading through an own goal I thought we would see the game out but another late goal robbed us of the three points. No complaints with the first six matches though, 10 points and unbeaten. Moving in the right direction. One issue that is concerning is the league sorting rules go by Games Won and then Goal Difference. With us winning just 4 games all season we are vulnerable. kris0710
RFC Tournai Belgian Third Division A January 2014 As expected Dortmund eased to victory in the friendly. A brace from Custovic the highlight for us. The money brought in from this game has been used to release players and freshen the squad for the remaining games of the season. The winter break begins with yet another draw, midfielder Cabaye levelling for us after falling behind early on. Victory followed at Deinze with left winger Pottiez scoring from the edge of the box. My first league defeat ended January with a goal in each half giving Coxyde the points. Happy with our current position, four points clear of the relegation play off Transfers Plenty of players in and out but I wont go into great deal as most of the incomings are here until the summer and are stop gaps until I settle on a formation.
