Is Instant Result/Match Plan broken? 14.2

I use instant result and (custom) match plans. Before 14.2 they worked fine apart from the substitute bug which has been reported.

However, post 14.2 the results have suffered greatly when using custom match plans. Results with no match plan are as normal.

When checking the post-match stuff the tactic doesn't seem to register.

With no match plan:

I can't really see if anything is wrong there without looking at your save game, but in my individual tests it is performing better in 14.2 than before.

With no match plan it will use your formation as a plan and not change a thing, I assume you are talking about your custom match plan is using a basic formation instead of the one you set up with individual instructions? This may be a case of you needing to look at each individual panel in your match plan and make sure it is set to use current tactic and not to anything generic, also, you do not want it to make a lot of changes to your shouts as they overlap and mess things up if you set them. My guess is, somewhere in your match plan it says to use a 4-5-1 and not your custom tactic.
