Staff disappearing when adding more leagues

I have no idea if this belongs here, but I couldn't really find a better place. I had a game with only the German Bundesliga loaded, with some more loaded but unplayable. When I decided to add more leagues and make them playable and then start a new save, suddenly key staff for my backroom were no longer in the game. I had Rene Meulensteen as one of my best coaches, and he was in the game with the German Bundesliga loaded, but when I had a lot more leagues loaded he disappeared, even though my Database is huge. I have no idea why this happens, and if anyone could help I'd appreciate it a lot!
