jessenorton
I haven't been able to play FM properly for a few years since I switched to Linux, so I'm very excited to be able to go out and buy it today. I've noticed it's cheaper in stores than it is on Steam, but I'm worried that the Retail DVD might not have an installer that works on Linux. Does anyone know if Linux is just supported through Steam? Or can I go out and buy a copy of the shelf of a store and it'll be fine? If anyone knows, it'd appreciate knowing what's up. I couldn't find much information about this on the FM site.
jessenorton
Just in case anyone else is wondering and finds this thread: I just purchased the retail copy. To install on Linux just use the activation code provided with the disc in Steam and it downloads and installs. No problem.
