fuzzrab Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 I am pretty sure there isn't one for assists (cant be sure as i am at work and can't check). I would imagine that the reason for them not having this is because GK very rarely make an assist and thus there would be no point in it. marceloOrigoni Posted July 16, 2013 Author Share Posted July 16, 2013 In south america we have a lot of goalkeepers that score goals, Rogério Ceni being the most notable, with no less than 111 goals. I remember Jose Luis Chilavert, who scored 36 goals, and Sebastian Saja, with his humble 10 goals. Yes, most of the goals (and I can say all of the goals) are from either taking a freekick or a penalty kick. Regarding the assistances, is even more common, since a GK can take a goal kick, and give a long pass to the striker, who then can score (this is exactly what happened in my save, the GK took a goal kick, sending the ball almost to the opposite box, and the ST headed the ball over the opposite GK) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
