First of all I would to introduce a brand new Football Manager Blog to you, the Football Manager Academy. At Football Manager we hope to have a collection of great articles including the important topics such as Tactics in Football Manager, and a series dedicated to Football Manager frequently asked questions!

Part of Football Manager Frequently Asked Question series, How to get Work Permits. Work Permits are something we all struggle with now and again. So come and find out the hidden secrets behind them. Another area some of us struggle with Loyalty Fee’s and Agent’s fee. Read this in depth guide and it will answer all your questions.

So far we have two great tactical articles on our website. The first one is a review by Kevin about his 4-4-2 with Crystal Palace. The article can be read here, it gives you an insight into how we set up our tactics and hopefully you can follow Kevin’s lead. Our second piece is written by me, and it’s the first in the series of Developing the Ultimate Football Manager Tactic. I gave myself the challenge of coming up with one Football Manager Tactic for every club. It’s a hard challenge, and it may not work but it will be a good read either way.

Training is another subject that doesn’t get discussed enough. One of our best pieces is the one giving you an in-depth view of Match Preparations in FM. Something a lot of us bypass; it provides you with a great strategy for your Match Preparations throughout the season. Something that affects training a huge deal is your staff team. Here we have an article telling you what you should look for in your staff and how to get 5 star training! Our article on how to make the most of Scouting is one that will no doubt help all you FM lovers to, as Scouting in FM can be as complex as you make it.

Just to update you we have had a great couple of days so far, and thank you for all checking out our website. Since then we have posted a couple of brand new articles. The first is another tactical piece by ourselves, you can find it here. It looks at how you can change the game whether you are winning or losing and how to have an effect during the match. The next is a brilliant guide on Youth Development, something a lot of us are interested in and one of the most widely debated subjects around. Hopefully this will give you our view.

Well after a hard first week, a lot of work is still going on behind the scnes to get everything working. However we have managed to get some new posts out there. The first is one about how to manage your wage structure and a way to save yourself some more money, you can find it here. The next one is called, Order of Play, it gives you an idea how to do more when you first join your club and how to set your club up when you have some issues. Last of our articles is one based on Set Pieces in FM, really good piece if you are struggling.

Quite possibly, we have some major plans for Football Manager 2014, we could quite easily include that.

Well it is a while since we wrote an update so i thought it was about time you learnt about all the latest goings on at Football Manager Academy headquarters.As you can imagine it has been a very busy three months since opening, since opening we have gained 558 subscribers and counting, which is far more than we expected.We have been working on a lot of projects and a lot of ideas for Football Manager 2014 and we are very close to releasing some of those ideas!

So what have we got for you? Well we have just released our Football Manager 2014 Hub, which has all of our Football Manager 2014 articles ready for the new release. This includes the chance to Pre-Order Football Manager 2014, sign up to the form at the top of the page and you will get the chance to purchase through Football Manager 2014 from ourselves at a great price! Our Football Manager 2014 Tactics page gives our views on what will happen to Tactics in FM14, whilst also discussing a few new features that we would like, along with some tactical things we are looking forward to. You can also look at some of our predictions for Football Manager 2014 Wonderkids, from all over the world include some great English wonderkids. There are some great teams to be in Football Manager 2014, and we list some of our favourites that we are going to manage and you should to. Our last FM 2014 article is about New Features in Football Manager 2014, come tell us what you think.

Of course all this does not mean we have forgotten about Football Manager 2013 at all! We have just launched our Best Eleven series where we look at some of the best elevens in Football Manager 2013, our first two are Best South American Youngsters XI and Best English Youngsters XI. We have also continued our series on staff in Football Manager with our look at the Director of Football role. We also look at the best Assistant Managers in FM 2013, and take a look at the role and what they need.
