Can't find editor

I followed the FAQ which tells you where the editor is, but there was nothing there.

If installed on offline systems it can be found in C: > Program Files > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 20xx > tools > editor > editor.exe

I installed it from disc, so according to the FAQ it should be here, but Sports Interactive folder is empty.

If installed using steam the editor can be found: C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Football Manager 20xx\Tools\

I looked here too, but there is no 'Tools' folder here on my computer.

Help please ?

Open Steam, go to your Games library and next to the search bar on the left is a drop down box. Click on it, go to 'Tools', find Football Manager 2013 Editor, download and install.
