My scout reported that he would fail a work permit but this would likely be accepted on appeal. Well, having also tracked a Bulgarian regen striker who wouldn't have his work permit accepted, I agreed an affiliate deal with a Croatian side to loan him out for him to gain Croatian nationality. Now I see the Brazilian keeper is unhappy at his club and jump in to agree a deal. However as I have this affiliate work permit club in place, the contract was agreed without the chance to appeal his failed work permit. When he signs he's going to be ineligible, but unlike the 16y/o Bulgarian he will be one of my highest paid players and an instant first teamer - does anyone know, when he signs, whether I'll be able to appeal the work permit again?
