RedBones Posted August 22, 2012 Share Posted August 22, 2012 I’m considering offering a good but aging player a new contract as a coach, but while I know his playing stats, how am I to know his coaching stats before I sign him up on say a 3 or 4 year coaching contract? Suggest he would make a good coach when he retires, it might take a few attempts but when he decides to stay in the game he will then say something like "I can start now if you want".
