Rhino
That was a great run by Koscielny, though, and his recovery after his stumble was pretty awesome, too.
SteveUK
what is it with Koscielny and Vermaelen both wanting to be strikers Im guessing its some part of Wengers tactic, to have one CB charge on to be apart of the attacking move, wish they wouldnt though. Carmi88
Did a great number of passes earlier, ruined by Giroud joining in and losing the ball Girouds lay offs today have been amazing
bergkamp
Its getting to the point in the game where the manager has to think, 'hmm, we're not playing so great, how can we win this game, how can I change this?'
PaulHartman71
I imagine Wilshere and Arshavin will come on sooner rather than later. Actually forgot that Gervinho was on the bench. He's probably more likely to make an appearance than Arshavin.

johnhughthom
Is the pitch at Villa Park really small or something? Gervinho seems to think it should be a few yards wider and longer.

benjaminpeter
Along with Taraabt, Gervinho has got to be the most useless player in the prem in terms of end product. Never seen either of them do anything. I'd rather have Downing.
SteveUK
Id rather have a cardboard cutout of Overmars than downing.

SJ234
Mediocre performance from a mediocre team. Positives we didn't lose. Only player to do well was ramsey the rest were irrelevant and Giroud was awful

SJ234
I don't have an issue with the sub Giroud wasn't going to score any time soon. However Arteta should have gone further forward rather than Coquelin
Suggy33
Mediocre performance from a mediocre team. Positives we didn't lose. Only player to do well was ramsey the rest were irrelevant and Giroud was awful I thought Giroud, and the back 4 were good, dealing with all the pressure. Most of our mistakes came in midfield or the wings.
djvandyke
What an absolute joke. I’m going up to that Everton match expecting to lose to them for the first time I can remember. Wenger really hasn’t got a clue what he is doing. What kind of side are we even trying to be?
SJ234
I thought Giroud, and the back 4 were good, dealing with all the pressure. Most of our mistakes came in midfield or the wings. Back four didn't have much to deal with tbh. Giroud was dropping too deep when he was good he was on their defence making flicks etc. When deep there was no threat hence the sub and his poor performance. djvandyke
The positive was the booing of Wenger and “you don’t know what you’re doing chants to his ridiculous substitution”.
ArsenalFan7
All looked kinda promising up until that Norwich game. Funny when we finish 5th or worse. Still remember many of us predicting a good finish of 4th and many of us going for a 3rd or above, then again that was before we knew the RVP outcome tbf, guess it's another year of hopes shattered. SJ234
Disgraceful that people do that during a match. Hardly helpful or going to achieve anything
bergkamp
Yet again, we didn't create enough. Villa made it difficult, but we didn't have the answers. I don't know what to say really. We do have some good players, but we're not good enough.
SJ234
All looked kinda promising up until that Norwich game. Funny when we finish 5th or worse. Heh this. That is the only positive at the moment. That this team can be good just not sure the squad can be. Need at least one more forward
Robert the Spud
All looked kinda promising up until that Norwich game. Funny when we finish 5th or worse. 5th? Who's gonna finish above you? You'll be 4th by virtue of Everton collapsing, WBA not being strong enough, and Spurs regressing from last season.
djvandyke
He was coming deep and doing a great job. The logical thing to do would be to partner him with another forward, not bring on yet another central midfielder. But then again, we dont have a manager.
SJ234
Much like last season all around us are terrible or probably going to decline. However if we get top 4 we have to start dealing with this squad. I don't like Arteta as a lone holding mid. If we are to play this 4-3-3 we need a proper holding mid imo. He isn't quite good enough leaves us too open at times. Need more forwards as well. Another left back would be good also

You'll be 4th by virtue of Everton collapsing, WBA not being strong enough, and Spurs regressing from last season. I acatually think, that we probably will blag it, only because the other teams going for fourth arn't ruthless enough. We're there for the taking, but they're not punishing us

ajw10
WENGER ARSENAL We are finishing 5/6th this season lads. The manager is costing us more than the players, I'll post what I just tweeted. Wenger has to go. Just has to. Today summed up his failings as a manager. Everyone can see that we are better with a ball carrier in CM, so why again does he play Ramsey and Arteta in the middle? Why oh why take Giroud off when we need a goal? Why have Jack on the bench if he cannot play? We are not finishing in the top 4 this season, we have the players to scrape it, but we do not have the manager anymore.
ajw10
Mediocre performance from a mediocre team. Positives we didn't lose. Only player to do well was ramsey the rest were irrelevant and Giroud was awful RAMSEY DID WELL I am choking at this. Was poor as usual. Back two and the keeper did well, Cazorla did well. Ramsey was pathetic.
ArsenalFan7
There's no consistent goalscorer and our team looks mediocre so I don't really know what to expect anymore, along with some weird ideas by Wenger that are costly. 4th could be anyone's, surely?
djvandyke
The problem with you Wengerites is that you have inherited his inability to think and are incapable of adaptation as circumstances change.
