tactic needed for barnsley

hi im wondering if someone can make or suggest a pre made tactic for barnsley, the tactic im using is 442(woking) but they can only draw against teams even tho i knocked aston villa out of the carling cup 1-0. the indepth tactics in this years version are spoiling the game for me, i prefered it when i could just put a tactic in and off you go with no tweaking here or there, as ive seen in the match my wingers have no clue about going past a man and then just 360 on the spot with the ball it is so annoying, please help thanks.
