Vidji Posted March 12, 2012 Share Posted March 12, 2012 Okay, blackburn just released Robbie Cotton. My scouts says he got a massive potential but he got a meagre 12 for for determination. Also I want to speed up his developement as I see him as a long term midfielder for me. But somehow after trying to pair him up with Steven Taylor, Jan Verthongen, Yohan Cabaye and Fab Coloccini he refuses all of them. What can I do? Will he never be able to be a tutee? Give him some time to blend with your squad and make good relationships with other players (fav. personnel) - maybe he will able to learn from players he like. That way he'll be more willing to be tutored (because they're more alike him) but you can improve his personality a tad and make him more open to tutelage.
