Timurid
I want to sign some amazing regens from brazil and they are all 15 - 18. I cant sign them due to work permits. So how do you sign a player without a work permit and loan them out to clubs in spain and belgium?
Nottingham Forest
Players with Brazilian Nationality cannot move abroad until they are over the age of 18 or are 18. You'll get the option though if it's ever available. I'm sure that's what used to happen. I think you have to have a feeder club in a nation where it's easy to get that nationality. Like Bulgaria or somewhere. I don't think Belgium is good now.

Ryknow
I believe African nations are the same Timurid. There are quite a lot of non-EU nations that don't allow players to transfer while under 18 years of age. You can sign them, but they will not join you till their birthday, or the closest transfer window. I'm struggling to have the transfer go through at the moment for a young American player. The work permit keeps failing and now he's just got an agent, so it can get quite annoying. Having a feeder club that you can send players to gain a work permit will allow you to sign them regardless of work permit acceptance.
