His attributes have mainly decreased, with his knowledge attributes taking the biggest hit. His attacking and mental coaching skills have improved though. I think the motivating stat of 1 is irrelevant, because as staff get quite old it will eventually become 1 in value. This must be the same for user managers as well, as my 75 (should be 76, it moved my date of birth 1 year forward) year old manager now has a motivating stat of 1. It was higher when I was 22. I don't know about all staff, but I have found this fairly common with managers in a lot of my saves. Even as far back as FM 2017. Maybe this needs looking into. I wonder if FM 2020 is the same.
