HakanMild
If I have my bars up to full can I set the workload to none (that way to focus more on improving in training). Do the bars go back down if I do this? If I can set it to none once I get them full I'd imagine every FMer should be doing this, no?
troy.maxcy
I don't think that it would be all that realistic, in real life, to NOT prepare for a match. IMO, you should at least have it set one above 0, IMO.
askep
If you don't add to the first team squad or change the system even a little, I see no reason why the bars shouldn't remain full, but that's just a guess.

Happened to me on my Hereford save, for 3 seasons it was fluid, all 3 tactics, got promoted and dropped down to Awkward... all of them :O

tony1977
from my experience you need to have it set to at least very low to maintain bar levels.
taylorsmen
I always have my match prep set to full and none and can't say i've noticed it decrease.
HakanMild
I always have my match prep set to full and none and can't say i've noticed it decrease. I will set it to Very Low for now. Have you noticed a decrease in performance if you put it on none or has your team been doing good?
Lazaru5
And in the other off-seasons, where I assume the team remained in the same division, it stayed fluid? Yep That in itself surprised me because of the numbers of signings needed each season in League 1 but the bars stayed fluid the whole time (once they got there, obv...). I didn't even add that many new players for the Championship and yet the bars dropped to 25%...
mcleod_69_69_69
Maybe a coincidence but when I changed mine from high to low I went on my worst run ever, even though every bar was still fluid.
Piethief100
As I understand the best idea is to wait until you're fluid in every aspect of your tactics and then move it down to low (one notch away from nothing). Although this will maintain your tactics fluidity during the season, you'll have to crank the workload up pre-season as you're players will somehow forget the tactic in the off-season. That's my experience anyway.
