RBKalle
I'm managing Barça and I have a fair amount of promising and semi-promising youngsters in my youth squad... However I'm wondering what's best for some of them... * Playing fully simulated U19 fixtures and getting trained by the youth coaches (with my schedules) at a lowish level or * Being part of inactive Barcelona Atlètic and getting trained by Luis Enrique and a handful of other guys, while "playing" better opposition? The fact is, many of my young players still haven't progressed much despite getting plenty of U19 matches and good training schedules. Due to the stupid league registration rules (and to a tight schedule) I can't give plenty of chances to younger players in the first team, but I really feel the U19 league isn't competitive enough for players I'd expect to become Barça-quality. So based on your experience and knowledge, should I promote the better prospects to Atlètic even though the staff isn't that great and the games aren't fully simulated?
