Robbie Campo
Hey, I just finished 4th in my first season playing as Everton, which is an achievement that is hard to do again. But, since I now have a stronger squad, I would to ask for some tactical advice. Currently I'm in pre-season and I changed my tactics from a 4-2-3-1 to a 4-1-2-2-1. It may suit my players better. This is what it looks like: GK: Howard DR: De Silvestri DC: Jagielka DC: Shawcross DL: Baines DMC: Fellaini MCR: Cahill MCL: Arteta AMR: Giovinco AML: Elia SC: Dzeko Now, what I would like to ask is, what player roles would you give my players, especially the central defenders, the central midifielders and my striker. Dzeko is too good for a target man. And what about the central defenders? Do you set them like one of the DC's is a stopper and the other gives cover? Thanks in advance! jaycar
Baines I would set as a wingback, no idea what the other fb is like...arteta I would use as an advanced playmaker/support, Cahill as CM/attack, Dzeko as complete forward or deep lying? no ideas for the widemen, again, never used them. Robbie Campo
Ok thanks for your advice! What about the central defenders? Should I set them as limited defenders or not?
