englandmanager Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 so i've decided to leave leeds and i took the job at roma who were laying in 15th place in serie A it was december and i'd been given a 28 million pound transfer budget after watching my team play for a few games i decided i needed a decent goal scorer to play alongside totti and a decent passing midfielder i've signed oscar cardozo from benfica (15 million) and nuri sahim from dortmund (12 million) too pretty big signings for a team laying in 15th place what are your good signings or most exciting? ClimaCool Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 Most exciting signing for me so far is Alan Kardec from Benfica for a tiny fee of 5mill, already repeaing the rewards 13 goals overall in 15 games, 21 years old so still has plenty time to develop into an even better player. Narcoleptic Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 Picked up Jermaine Defoe at 31 years old on a free and got him to play for 19k a week for Southampton in the Championship . . season is a little over halfway and he has scored 27 goals in 25 appearances !
