I say this because it is the same in classic tactics. Annoyingly, it means that the tactical_templates.xml file is a bit broken: a 0 is interpreted as "team" settings, a 1 is interpreted as far left, a 2 is interpreted as a 3 and an 11 is interpreted as a 10. No-one at SI must be maintaining this file and keeping it up to date because this change has not been integrated nor has wideplay settings. A little annoying considering how useful that file is.
