Lower Leagues Rule
Jono Newton & the Youth of Darfo Boario Year 1: June 2012 Intake YP1: Claudio D'Eugenio (AMC) Born: Darfo Boario Terme DoB: 03.06.96 Intial Profile End of Season 1 Date of Injury: March 4th End of Season 2 Season Club Division Apps Goals Assts MOTM AV.R ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 2012/13 Darfo Boario Serie C2/A 6(20) 0 2 0 6.66 2013/14 Darfo Boario Serie C2/A 7 (8) 2 1 0 6.70 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Total 13(28) 2 3 0 6.67 D'Eugenio had another solid season as our back-up, in January we changed to a 4-4-2 with wingers and he moved into the left side role for a short while until he injured his hip in March and sat on the side line for the rest of the season, he not only scored his , but he then went and added a second and also a great assist as he lifted his average rating to 6.70 for this season, admittedly he had less appearances, but a good season. With the 4-4-2 we may see more of him as I have to cut 4k off my weekly wage budget.Year 2: June 2013 Intake YP2(a): Leonardo Gambini (DRC) Born: Darfo Boario Terme DoB: 02.08.97 Initial Profile End of Season 1 Season Club Division Apps Goals Assts MOTM AV.R ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 2013/14 Darfo Boario Serie C2/A 0 (5) 0 0 0 6.40 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Total 0 (5) 0 0 0 6.40 As I had previously noted last season I didn't think he would play a major role in season, he came off the bench a few times, but he never performed so he is likely to go on loan. YP2(b): Mike Turner (AMRC) Nationality: New Zealand/Italy Born: Cannobio DoB: 15.11.96 Initial Profile End of Season 1 Season Club Division Apps Goals Assts MOTM AV.R ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 2013/14 Darfo Boario Serie C2/A 3 (7) 1 1 0 6.71 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Total 3 (7) 1 1 0 6.71 Wow, he was amazing given what his stats said, in his 10 games he performed admirably, and even better once we changed to a team line-up which included a Right wing and he slotted in out there as injury cover. Delighted to see him score his first goal, even if it was just a simple slot it into the gap. Year 3: June 2014 Intake YP3: Andrea Cancello (DR) Born: Darfo Boario Terme DoB: 10.03.98 Initial Profile Well a better option at right back than Gambini, but he is still not the best player at that position, hopefully I can start making some money and move up the leagues so I can get some better players through. hasdgfas
The youth of Arsenal So, after the disappointment of the first youth intake, the one after the second season included my first great prospect, as well as a few others who look decent, but nothing special. YP1 - Tom Tanner Initial Profile Well, as Pat Rice says he has the potential to be as good as Cesc Fabregas, I figured he was an obvious choice for YP1. Should get some look-ins for the League Cup, at the very least. I have a few others who were described as "decent" potential, but unless something comes of them, I won't be posting any screenshots. B.W.G
Nice player you got yourself there hasdgfas B.W.G's Welsh Youth Project Club: Bridgend Town Youth Player 1 - David Stewart (2015/16 Batch) Initial Profile End of Season 1 End of Season 2 End of Season 3 End of Season 4 End of Season 5 End of Season 6 End of Season 7 End of Season 8 End of Season 9 End of Season 10 I don't even think I have to say anything about him anymore, I ran out of things to say for him. He broke his own scoring record from the season before won a load of awards and I thinks its going to be anouther of couple of years befire he hits his peak. At international level, he needs 16 goals to be the all time scorer for Wales which I think is possible at his age. For the new season I will try and play him in everything to see if he can hit 80!! Now averaging just over a goal a game in his career and only needs 83 for the big 500!! mag man
You have some great players. Am amazed to see how much some of the stats on your players have increased, I probably would have decided the first two players were never going to make it Some of the stat increases for David Stewart have been crazy. Does he have a custom training schedule? Finishing: 11 -> 17 Pace: 11 -> 17 Acceleration: 11 -> 17 Strength: 13 -> 20 Composure: 10 -> 18 Off the ball: 9 -> 19 Anticipation: 6 -> 16 Stamina: 11 ->

B.W.G
No custom training schedule well I don't think it is. I used the individual training focus on what I thought would be ideal for the league in terms of a top quality striker. For off the ball and anticipation, I have no idea what could have done it. Edit: I hope so Nep but with the ever improving quality of the Welsh Prem, things could get harder for him.

DodgeeD
DodgeeD's Global Youth Project II This year I'm once again on the journeyman trail with plans to manage all over the globe. I'll be reporting on any YPs with potential that come my way wherever they come from... Part 1 - From the banks of the Nile I've started my career with a club called Koroum in Egypt. I've just reached the end of my 2nd season and won promotion to the Egyptian Premier League. My ass man has picked out 'one of the most exciting youth prospects in recent years' for you to have a look at. Presenting: Ahmed El Sayed (Career Youth Player 1) Position: GK Nationality: Egyptian Starting Club: Karoum Youth Intake Date: June 20th 2012 Initial Profile | Initial Report I'm normally not a fan of YP goalies as it takes a long time to develop them. However, this one is good enough to be my back-up straightaway. I'll keep him available for the reserves and on the first team bench while under the tutelage of my No. 1. hasdgfas
The youth of Arsenal Good to be back. Took me way too long to finish that season thanks to school, but it's over, and I have a second YP to keep track of. YP1 - Tom Tanner Initial Profile Post Season 1 Pretty decent improvement. I'm going to try to get him tutored by Fabregas now that he's trained at MC. Did decently in the couple of cup games he was able to get. Hopefully will get a bit more of a look-in this year. I'll be reporting on any YPs with potential that come my way wherever they come from... Part 1 - From the banks of the Nile Ahmed El Sayed (Career Youth Player 1) Position: GK Nationality: Egyptian Starting Club: Karoum Youth Intake Date: June 20th 2012 Initial Profile | Initial Report End of Season 1 (May 2013) As we were in an every-point-counts relegation battle, I didn't want to risk a rookie keeper so Ahmed spent most of the season in the reserves and on the bench for the first team. Once our survival was assured, I puyt him in goal for the last two games and he made a good showing for himself. I believe he has the potential to succeed at this level. But he'll have to develop without me for now as my career has taken a new path... Part 2 - Wandering in South America As of May 2013, I'm now the manager of Wanderers, ateam in the Uruguayan Primera Division. My first youth intake arrived a few weeks after I did and this is what I got: Omar Ferreira (Career Youth Player 2) Position: ST Nationality: Uruguayan Starting Club: Wanderers Youth Intake Date: August 1st 2013 Initial Profile | Initial Report My ass man thinks this guy has the potential to be a good Primera Division striker in the future but he needs a lot of work. I'll be getting him on an individual training programme to up his strength first along with some tutoring. He'll do well to succeed as there are some other decent prospects in the U19s and this club has an academy along with 'above average' youth recruitment (way above anything Koroum offered!) so there be plenty of competition.... Moonshine
Moonshine's Meandering Miniatures Off on my merry way, I start with Amiens SC, who I have been with for 3 seasons so far. The best of this years intake is below: Amiens SC Pedro Sa(Career Youth Player 1) Position: DL Nationality: French/Portuguese Age: 14 Starting Club: Amiens SC Football Youth Intake Date: June 2013 Pedro Sa | Initial report His stats are well rounded, he should develop well. Ousmane Tounkara (Career Youth Player 2) Position: DC Nationality: French/Malian Age: 15 Starting Club: Amiens SC Football Youth Intake Date: June 2013 Ousmane Tounkara | Initial report He looks very promising, with high tackling, marking and jumping for his age. All he needs is some heading, and he'll do the business.

Romanista1994
el sid, your youngster looks very talented and it would be good for his development if he got more game time elsewhere. Proto Tarkula, Vanson is coming along well, though his awful Natural Fitness and lack of technical stats may see him struggle while Cameron looks very good for a 16 year old, though I see him as a winger with his speed and crossing ability. I'm wondering if you've thought of retraining him as either a left or right winger despite his low Flair. This thread's gone a bit dead lately. YP1b (2017) Name: Franco Bazzanella Positions: GK PPM's: None Initial Profile|Initial Report The other player with leading Serie A potential, Bazzanella is lucky to play in a fairly weak position for us and he certainly has the makings of a top, top goalkeeper. JonnyCurrie
JonnyCurrie's [Newcastle FC] - We've got something up our Slieve (Donard) YP1 (2028) : Mark McKay Initial Profile The first time my youth setup has spat out any player who looks like they could be a first-teamer in a few years. Literally all the previous youth players didn't even have the potential (according to my trusty assman) to be adequate enough for the division. Proto Tarkula
Romanista1994, the keeper looks crazy. Just develop his aerial ability, agility and concentration and you'll have a star! Bellandi is also good, but his tackling is worryingly low. His speed is great, unfortunately I can't say the same about his jumping so I'd suggest to use him as wing back(he has decent attacking attributes). Jonny, if you develop his defensive attributes he could play as defensive forward I think, he certainly has the potential. el sid, he has the potential to be good poacher, but you have to work to develop his composure I think... Romanista1994
McKay is coming along nicely and did very well for his age! And Wilson could also become awesome winger if his speed increases, but in the meanwhile might he not be better suited for a creative AMC role? And Wilson could also become awesome winger if his speed increases, but in the meanwhile might he not be better suited for a creative AMC role? McKay was able to come right into the first XI easily at times (especially when particular injuries occurred) but I don't think Wilson will have the same luck this season. Isn't really good enough to start games and my squad is a lot bigger than last year. I will still make sure he gets nine or ten games though.

Bellandi is also good, but his tackling is worryingly low. His speed is great, unfortunately I can't say the same about his jumping so I'd suggest to use him as wing back(he has decent attacking attributes). Bazzanella does indeed look very good, but Bellandi has been playing very well and has developed at an incredible rate (you'll see when I finish the season) and is indeed being used in an attacking role. Edit- Your own youth players, now: YP1: Coming along nicely, but with his injury proneness and low natural fitness I don't think he'll go very far unfortunately. (Though at worst a good bit of profit and a career at a smaller club). YP2: Developing well, though I still see him as a winger. YP3: Lovely player, could play any of the positions he's good at. And that increase in determination will do him worlds of good. YP4: Wow, he has all of the tools to become an awesome creative midfielder or a 'classy' destroyer who makes interceptions instead of two-footed tackles (lacks aggression, bravery)! Only worry is again the 5 in Natural Fitness which means he won't always be available.
