Tries to play out of trouble

Marks opponent tightly

Tries long range passes is also a nice PPM for CB to play counter-attack

I would not recommend "Tries to play way out of trouble" if he's a limited defender. He'll just get caught in possession in dangerous areas.

"Does not dive into tackle" is also another good one for those defenders you want to stand up to the attacker rather than commit.

very true but the PPM's that can be trained are does not dive into tackles and mark opponents tightly

is it possible to teach tries to play way out of trouble? i cannot see that training in interaction.
