Udinese sacked Luciano Spaletti due bad results in last season. A former England manager Andrej Kuk took them over. After his arrival at Udine he relevated that the main reason he joined was that he is living near and see a team who wants to emerge in the premier. With bis stars like Pizzaro,Jorgensen and some other yound talents he is optimistic for the future. The transfer market will be restricted to 2 or 3 players coz of bad finacial status..... can he repeat the Bologna miracle again ?!? ......

European 1st division team Paris-SG assigns Dutch manager Kozak to bring them the Dutch swing

After a string of bad stories wit Brazilian and French coaches French side Paris-SG decided to hire a Dutchman. The club tried to get Ronald Koeman (Ajax) and Frank Rijkaard (Barcelona). None were possible and the result is a young unexperienced Dutch coach. His name is Sir Kozak. The board expectations for this 1st season in the superleague is to rebuild the team for near future. PSG has a big desire for prizes when they were not very succesfull in the french league which they left last season.

The 1st addition to the PSG squad is the signing of the young and dynamic striker Orre Freyr Oskarsson. The prospect he has was showed in the first practice match with a 5-1 win at Slovenia' NK Maribor, an European Conference team. Oskarsson scored 1 goal and seems to get the chance in the new team of Kozak.

just incase ur wondering i'm galatasary not VFB :p

Turks do a FA. English coach to bring the club glory?

After England basicly kicked Turkey out of euro 2004 with a foreign manager, The Galatasary Chairman though why not try the same for his team.

So after much soul searching and testing they landed on young hopeful Nadessico.

Armed with 7milion to spend on players and old stars such as de boer and Sukur, the question is, how far will the team go?

Former Barca & Betis Coach To Manage Basel:

After leading Betis to European glory, Pavle resigned the following day to become the next manager of Basel. Critics claim the move is a step backwards for he had led Betis to 2 cup victorys - the FA Cup and European Cup -together with promotion and then 3rd and 4th position in the Premier League. However Pavle refused to comment on this or revelations in the press linking him to 'hot Russian girls'.

The Season Begins:

Basel made no new summer signings as Pavle decided to see what the existing team was capable of.

The first game meant Basel travel to the Riazor to take on 'Super Depo'. Pavle aware of Depotivo's excellent home form opted to play a 5-3-2 formation and play for a draw. Although Basel had many injuries a combination of good tactics and an inspired goalkeeper meant Basel got the 0-0 score they wanted.

Former Lazio legend takes over at Lyon

After 2 great seasons with Lazio, manager Tom Williams decided it was time for a new challenge. Despite recieving offers from the likes of Roma and Juventus Williams surprised everybody by signing for average division 1 side Lyon.

Building for the future

With only 5 million to spend on new players Williams has not been able to splash out on big names as he has done in the past, so instead he has been buying some of the brightest young talents from across the globe. The likes of Advaldo, Freddy William Thompson(temperamental

PSG manager Sir Kozak was not at all happy with this signing as he believed he should have signed the player as he bid for him first!) , Aarron Lennon, Tom Huddlestone, Cerci and Ryan Babel have all been brought to the club and are all seen as players with huge potential.

Board not expecting much this season despite good start

The Lyon chairman announced his expectations for the team this week, not surprisngly saying that he would be happy with a mid table finish. After four games Lyon are currently unbeaten with 2 draws and 2 wins.

Athletico Madrid 0 Lyon 0

Surprising french relegation fighters take the lead in the league[/b}

After 3 poor friendlies with a loss against Koper and a draw against PSG reserves, the french side found their confidence with a big 7-1 win over (also first division side) Galatasaray. New striker Oskarsson scored three goals. Also the biggest signing of PSG, 4m for Iketuchu Kalú from Sampdoria made his debut in this game. He played 45 minites with 1 assist and seemed to be in bad condition. After this match Pablo Nino from Betis became the final signing to complete a total of three signings.

The rumours of the Lyon manager about Freddy William Thompson were totally untrue icon_mad.gif. It was the bidding for Tieme Klompe that made Kozak mad. Kozak confirmed this by an official note that his teams scouts seemed to be followed by some teams to watch the players that PSG wanna buy so they can poach the player away from become a PSG pirate. "But no hard feelings about this, because I have Kalú!".

The first 4 matches made a big surprise: 4 wins with some defensive play the PSG side succeeded 2 away wins in the league and 1 at home. Also the 2nd round of the league cup was reached with a 2-0 win over AJ Auxerre (2nd div) without the PSG better players. Especially youth defender Bamba made a good match there with 1 goal.

Results:

Olympiakos - Paris-SG________0-1 (Dehú 0-1)

Paris-SG - AJ Auxerre________2-0

Bordeaux - Paris-SG__________0-2 (Kalú 0-1; Dehú 0-2)

Paris-SG - VFB Stuttgart_____4-0

Lyon struggling for goals

After seeing his Lazio side score goals for fun in the Premier League last season and in Division 1 the year before that, Lyon manager Tom Williams is finding it a lot harder to do the same with his new team. Lyon have now failed to score a single goal in 4 of their first 5 league games, experienced Brazilian striker Elber missing chance after chance in that run. It is now rumoured Williams will drop Elber for the next league game against Stuttgart and replace him with 16 year old Italian forward Cerci. Cerci has already shown he can score goals in the league cup and has shown a great improvement in training recently. Despite the lack of goals, the defence has been solid, not conceding in 4 of the 5 league games so far. Anderlecht youngster Kompany has been brought in on loan for the season to partner Edmilson and Cacapa in the back three.

A come back for Udinese. After a miserable start of the season with 2 draws and 3 loses manger Anderj Kuk seem to finaly found a formation for his team. Fava and Nomvete seems to be the right pair in attack ,jankulovski and pizzaro in midfield while in defence young brasilian defender Felipe starts shineing.

The come back starts at the home match against the leaders PSG,with an impressive 4-2. Temperamental coach Sir Kozak was caught by surprise after being late on the bench at the start of the second half by the quick goal by Fava. Later a nice tour in Turkey gives Kuk's a dual win against Besiktas and Fenerbache (0-4). Udinese now playing relegating Djurgadens at home ... is this the road to glory for the small italian side ....?!?

Struggling goalkeeper Letizi costed PSG the league lead

The great start of Paris-SG got some more impuls with a great 6-0 win over league favourits Deportivo la Coruna. PSG played very mature and impressive for a team that was prospected as one of the lower teams in the league by all the bookmakers (1:80). Signings Oskársson and Kalú played brilliant.

The first real test of the season after 4 league wins in a row was the away game at french rivals Marseille. Kozak known as a previous manager of Marseille on CM4 knew Marseille away is very difficult. But Paris-SG was the better team in the match and played a very mature style with the experience of Frederic Dehú at the back. But all out of a sudden it was Achmed Hossam, better known as Mido (I like his Ferrari) that put the "blues" in front. But a minute later it was the equalizer by PSG. Then in the 90th minute a fast Marseille counter was intercepted by the PSG fullback that passed the ball straight to winger Iketechu Kalú. He directly crossed the ball to Oskarsson that headed the PSG to a 5 out of 5!

But then goalkeeper Letizi realized PSG was playing too good. In the topmatch at home against Schalke 04 he made some errors that gave him a 5-rating. Schalke won 3-1 while it was 12-4 for PSG in shots icon_mad.gif. After that it was Udinese away. Same story here>>>Letizi handed Udinese the win. 4-2 for Udinese while it was 17-12 in shots for PSG. With a 2-2 at halftime it was the corrupted Udinese that locked up manager Kozak so he missed the 1st minute of the 2nd half (buggy CM03/04 crashed here) icon_mad.gif. When he became free again and back in on the field Udinese took the lead 3-2 in the 46th minute. Later it became even 4-2 with the biggest error of the night for goalkeeper Letizi. He got a 5 again. Manager Kozak critized Letizi in the press and it were the PSG-supporters that supported him in doing that.

Next match was the next round of the league cup against starring Valencia (Premier). Valencia won 1-0 from a corner goal by Ayala. The win in shots was again for PSG 5-3 icon_mad.gif. Next match in the league was against one of the league favourits Liverpool. Pool got 2 attacks and 2 goals with an 4-ever struggling Letizi. Manager Kozak lost his confidence and put in the 2nd goalkeeper who is unexperienced and not talented. The PSG-suppoters song was "Letizi you will always walk alone!". A fast sale of this twat is expected now. A fighting PSG came back deserved in the game in the last 25 minutes. A header from Kalú and a penalty gave the manager of the 1st month his 1st point of the second month. Kozak confirmed he's desperous to bring in a quality keeper and also confirmed to be unhappy about his star striker Pauleta. His missing of easy chances also was a reason of falling back in third spot.

A protest against the Udinese "lock-up" seemed to be withdrawn by Kozak after some maffia threads.

Wonderkids get Lyon up and running

After failing to score in the previous 4 league games, Lyon manager Tom Williams decided to drop his big name strikers Elber & Govou, and replaced them with 16 year olds Cerci and Advaldo for the match against Stuttgart. The game was a one sided affair which saw both Cerci and Advaldo get on the score sheat, sending a clear message to Elber and Govou. Cerci started the next game away at Olympiakos, this time joined in attack by 17 year old Ederson as Advaldo picked up an injury in training. It was to be a record breaking day for Cerci as he became the youngest player ever to score a hat-trick at this level.

Next up was the 2nd Round of the League Cup against Leverkusen, Williams amazingly put out a whole team of u-17's and predictably lost the game 2-0. Elber and Govou returned to the starting eleven for the next league game at home to Deportivo and they were just as bad as before, blasting shots over the bar time and time again .. until the final minute of the game when Elber broke free of the defence and chipped the keeper from a seemingly impossible angle. The win puts Lyon up to 4th ,still unbeaten and level on points with rivals PSG.

Lyon 2 Stuttgart 0

Olympiakos 0 Lyon 3

Leverkusen 2 Lyon 0 (League Cup 2nd Round)

Lyon 1 Deportivo 0

Has Anderlecht found the right coach?

It certainly looks so. Anderlecht's recent dire performances in Europe have left the proud Belgian fans hungry for some sort of success. The board felt the way to do this was to appoint a young unknown manager, who has already been compared to the likes of Raymond Goethals and Alain Perrin. Alexis Manson quickly managed to impress the fans by bringing in quality defenders to the club despite a rather limited transfer budget. Zooneveld, De la Cuesta and Mexes were Manson's only big signings, but the impact they have already made at the club has reassured the fans as to the new manager's ability. Other signings include Partridge, Bellion, Stockdale on loan. Juliusson was the only signing that some people doubted, namely Manson's older brother David, Blackburn manager. However he has silenced his critics by scoring two stunning goals from 25-30 yards despite only appearing a few times as a substitute. As it stands, Anderlecht are 7th in the league, and show clear intentions of getting into the playoffs, which would be a formidable achievement for the club.

French side Paris-SG fights back and keeps a very surprisingly 2nd spot after 13 matches

With a huge keepers problem PSG went on for a next away game at Bologna afer a non winning streak of 4 matches (3 lost & 1 draw). Goalkeeper Letizi was moved to bench after a streak of very poor performances. The problem for PSG was the fact that there is no decent alternitive on goal. The 2nd goalie played this match where PSG showed its poorest performance of the season. Star striker Pauleta got a 3 and three other players a 4. PSG lost 2-0. Kozak confirmed to be very unhappy with this result and said Letizi should be brought back in the team for the next match and that the alternatives must be seen outside France after dealings with Parma about Sebastien Frey ended with nothing.

The next match was at home against nr 4 placed Germans Hertha BSC. Paris-SG at least played as a team however the form seems to be gone after a string of 3 undeserved losses (Schalke04, Udinese & Valencia). PSG won the match 2-0 what seems easier then it was. Finally a good performance by Portuguese attacker Pauleta with a goal and an assist.

The game at UEFA cup winners Porto was a very difficult one. Again it was an early goal against for PSG that was the 2nd placed french team at that moment behind Lyon. Benni was the scorer. This game was believed to be Letizis' first and last decent performance for the French visitors. Possible this can also be blamed to the Porto attack who missed several good chances. And that was the way Paris-SG came back in the match and even won the game with 2 goals from two defenders.

Letizis' last game was played at home against Galatasaray that was beaten in a late friendly 7-1 just before the start of the season. Gala without there star (loaned) striker Aghahowa already scored within 4 minutes. After that there was only one team that was attacking and kept missing the biggest chances. However it became 2-1 for PSG another defensive error gave Gala a very undeserved 2-2. It seemes PSG can't win matches at the moment where the are fairly better than the opponent.

Then there was the moment everybody at Paris waited for. Kozak got all his money together to buy a new goalkeeper that must replace POOR Letizi. The name: Dmitar Ivankov a Bulgarian international, 16 caps from CSKA Sofia (5 clean sheets in 6 league matches there!). He is the 4th and probably last signing of PSG this season after Iketechu Kalú, Orre Freyr Oskarsson and Pablo Nino. Physical defender N'Diaye will come over on a free in winter to complete the team. Ivankov made his debut in the away match at Real Sociedad. Sociedad believed as one of the league favourits before the season haven't impressed with a last place under human manager Billy Nisbet. They started very well against Gala and the 1-0 was scored in the first minute. It became almost 2-0 for the nr24 just after. But just after it was Jauregi from the home team that elbowed Pablo Nino and was send of. That brought the nr3 placed PSG back in the match. A fast 1-1 from Kalú gave PSG a good 1-1 at half time. In second half the team from Paris was the better team and got the deserved 2-1 from Pauleta. At the end an error from Westerveld gave PSG a 3-1 win and still a second place behind league favourits nr 1 Liverpool. Oskarsson was the man that scored 3-1. He was just back from injury.

Lyon just manage to edge out Schalke

After the 1-0 win over Deportivo, Lyon went up to 2nd in the table. Next up was a tricky game at home to Schalke, who were top and unbeaten at the time. It was a classic game of football as both sides went for the win, Lyon taking the lead thanks to yet another Cerci strike, Govou made it 2-0 just before half time with his first goal of the season. Probably thinking the game was already won, Lyon boss Tom Williams took off three of his most experienced players and replaced them with two 16 year olds, Advaldo and Ederson, and 13 year old former Emmen striker Zwikker. Schalke took advantage of the inexperienced Lyon side and immediately pulled a goal back, Ebbe Sand heading in from 2 yards. Five minuted later Schalke drew level thanks to another goal from Sand. With the game at 2-2 Schalke were doing all the attacking and it seemed like it would only be a matter of time before they made it 3-2. But it wasnt to be as 16 yr old Ederson scored his first league goal for Lyon in the final minute of the match, taking Lyon to the top of the table.

Ederson to the rescue

Next up was a tricky away tie with Udinese who were just starting to find some form after a pathetic start to the season. Kuky's team dominated the first half and took a 1-0 lead into the break. Lyon pushed for the equalizer in the second half but Elber and Govou were yet again poor in front of goal so the young subs were called for again, this time Cerci and Ederson. It didnt look like they were going to score either .. but in the 93rd minute Ederson somehow beat the offside trap and found himself one on one with the Udinese keeper , he kept his cool and fired the ball into the top corner of the net to maintain Lyons unbeaten start to the season.

After dropping points against Udinese, Liverpool replaced Lyon at the top of the table.

First defeat of the season for "brave" Lyon

The next game for Lyon was at home against new leaders Liverpool and they were hoping to take back top spot. But it wasnt to be. Lyon totally dominated the game but just couldnt finish off any of the numerous chances they created, and at the other end keeper Coupet made a huge mistake when he kicked the ball straight into Milan Baros' path, and he cooly chipped the ball over the stranded Coupet into the net. It ended 1-0 to Liverpool and they stretched their lead at the top to five points.

Back to winning ways

Next up was another hard game, this time away to Bologna. Lyon took the lead in the 16th minute, Fredy Thompson getting his first goal for the club. Juninho made it 2-0 10 minutes from time to secure the 3 points and get Lyon back on track. Lyon now have 2 home games against Hertha Berlin and Galatasaray both of which they are expected to win.

Lyon 3 Schalke 2

Udinese 1 Lyon 1

Lyon 0 Liverpool 1

Bologna 0 Lyon 2

Udine fans get more excited every day passes by. Their unbeaten run now extended to 7 matches. The last two was 2 aways against olimpiacos and bordoux, while the away prior was an outstanding win agaist favorites athletico madrid 0-3 with nomvete and winger jorgensen in great striking form. Now the "friulani" plays 2 home matches (strugglenig Depo ...),with two wins they can place in the battle for the playoffs. Te bad news is that brillant goalkeeper morgan de sanctis ex juventus was offered an offer higher then was his realase clause ,so he is going to leave "lo stadio friuli" for Villareral. Udinese is now looking for a replacement. PSG goalkeeper Letizi is the favorite to replace him.The good news is that striker Fava Passaro has recovered from injury and is full fitt for the next match. There were rumors that he could join "the merengues" at the end of the season.

Liverpool FC announced that Martin Buchan (I was a member of the game on Saturday night) was to be their new manger after Gerard Houllier was having poor results as of late

Buchan got into his office and demand for a phone call to be made to both Cardiff City and Cambridge United for Ryan Baldacchino and Dave Kitson who were players he was big fans of.

Kitson came to Anfield for 3.5 million as this was his release fee and Balacchino for about 2 million.

The first 4 results for Buchan were:

Liverpool v Paris SG

2------------1

Fulham v Liverpool

1------------2

Liverpool v Lyon

3------------2

Atletico Madrid v Liverpool

4-------------------0

(The 1st two games I didn't see due to techmical difficulties)

In the Lyon game, the star of the match was new boy Baldacchino who crossed in for Owen to put the reds 2-1 up and then a piece of brilliance to make it 3-2. He ended up with a match rating of 10

The next match was a disatser and Buchan vowed this would never happen again

Manager KOZAK announces his PSG as the stupiest team of this year.

After a 4-0 loss at poor FC Basel manager Kozak of Paris-SG announced he doesnt see any perspective for promotion anymore this season. The team refuse to make a gap and spoil their promotion chances. A 4-0 loss against one of the weakest teams in the league means we don't have the quality to promote. We are almost on top the whole season but seem to **** it up each time. The poor keepers we have make life impossible. Also the Pauleta errors make me cry. This is a last try of me to get help from my players as we won't even reach the playoffs if we play like this. Celtic away will be normally a loss for us and we will drop from 1st to 4th then. PLEASE HELP ME PLAYERS!!! icon_rolleyes.gif

After a very bad start of the season (21st after 8 matches) i managed to make a marvelous come back with italian small side Udinese.I finished 4th with same points as PSG.Played playoffs against blackburn ,drew both matches but went thro on away goals rule. The final was against in top form Athletico Madirid, they seemd favorte, but never get lots of chances. I win with a great goal by Nomvete diagonal (marvlous assist by Jorgensen). Udnese fans and board both went crazy ... Kuky did it again , he seems to be a specialist for taking small italian teams to premeir (remember Bologna).

The plan for the next season is to keep current players and add bout 3 young talents and maybe one expericenced player ,however depends of the offers ill get. Biggest surprise of the season was the consistancy of the 16year young Danish star Mads Torry icon_eek.gif,scoring goals regulary almost every match.Other nice surprises was young brasilian defender Felipe (udinses scouts found him playing on the beach at age of 14 icon14.gif ,realy! ),and Nomvetes outstanding form). Jorgensen,Alberto and Fava just comfirmed their great standards.

Expetations for the premier season are just fighting against relegation and trying to sell some players at the end of the season to get some money ,thats the politics of the club (also in real life).

update:

Roumors are that Udinese are aproaching to buy a great player from Real.

We will see if he is as reliable as his mate. icon_rolleyes.gif Good to see Dale (aka Flavour and the 3rd trialist) being a good guy. He will do a great job if he keeps Djurgarden in the 1st division. Good luck Dale, your first signing promised something.

2nd Season processing till friendlies, PSG signs 4 new players:

With a bad 2nd season half PSG just missed promotion. The team had 550k left for transfers from that season and 10m on the bank. Manager Kozakov expected some millions to spend in offseason. But when he got talks with the French directors they told him he would just get 950k transfer budget. With a deal earlier for Bonera from Parma (1.2m) he needed some fast cash.

Kozakov succeeded with the sell of keeper Letizi to Manchester City (170k) and talented midfielder Rocchi to Djurgardens (400k + 250k after 30matches). So the budget rose to 1.55m. Enough to bring Italian international Bonera to Paris. On the moment some players went away at their teams there was a fast reaction by Kozak. So it were wingers Olivier Kapo (Auxerre) and Trojan (Schalke 04, Czech) on a free transfer. A fourth signing was the arrival of former French player of the year Eric Carriére from Lyon. Paris-SG is believed to have payed about 100k for him. Kozak confirmed a centre striker and a left fullback are on his list to complete the team for next season. PSG will open the season at home against Basel.

Mallorca:

Despite helping Basel to respectable 16th place in the Super League 1st Division Pavle was sacked 2/3rds of the way through the season. Problems adjusting to the new culture, Pavle's over cautious system, together with public clashes with fans favorite Degen persuaded the board that a less controversial manager would solve the problems. However the new manager provided little new ideas and Basel slipped further down the league narrowly avoiding relegation on the final day of the season.

For Pavle things looked much brighter. After Gregorio Manzanos move to Atletico de Madrid in the summer, Mallorca had appointed former Boavista manager Jaime Pacheco. But after a poor start to the season President Mateo Alemany realised his error. This paved the way for a return to Spain as trainer of Real Mallorca.

Pavle made no secret of his affection to Mallorca and told how he had recieved offers from Italy and England. He promised the fans that he was here to stay and guide Mallorca into the Premiership and that no other job could tempt him to leave. However critics have made it clear that this wiull be difficult to achieve due to poor finances and small capacity of the Son Moix.

Pavle made a good start winning several crucial games home and away and it soon looked like a playoff place was realistic. But Luis Aragones, upset that he had been overlooked for the Mallorca job, decided he couldnt work with Pavle and resigned. Following this Shakhtar Donetsk made a £14.5m bid for lethal striker Samuel Eto'o. For Mallorca this was simply too much money to turn down and Pavle looked to Argentina for a replacement. Cesar Andres Carignano was signed from Colon for £5m and he made an impressive start winning Player of the Month. The remainder of the Eto'o money will be spent equally between expanding the stadium and bringing in new recruits.

listen i told you my reasons, the fact you are unable to host and manage an online game, the fact it requires me to have two different patches (as u insist on using an old patch), not to mention all the other things i pointed out, so watch your fu(king mouth, ive told u about that aswel, dont start slagging me off as giving cmonline a bad name when i dont, let me remind u i had no problems in your euro clan and neither with anybody else, your unorganisation is amazing and its me who gets it in the neck, grow up, i gave u valid reasons so live with it and stop trying to give me a bad name, oh and btw it has nothing to do with the team i was drawn icon_frown.gif

Version 4.1.3 has the network bug. Its only with games started before 4.1.3. This is a well known problem. The same well known (even for you) was that we were playing on 4.1.2 before you joined. As we are a LONG-term clan we won't restart if such a bug occurs. It will be solved in 4.1.4 and then we go over to that. Just simple to have CM03/04 installed twice to solve the whole problem. 1 on 4.1.2 & 1 on 4.1.3.

The rule that you aren't allowed to poach human players is a rule as well. Also known before, as its on the website, in the clan rules. When you applied you confirmed to have read the rules icon_mad.gif. Also saying that I was moaning isn't a reason. Only thing I said I was unsatisfied about was my poor 950k budget while they want the title icon_smile.gif. So why joining a clan if you don't like the rules.

Further I am able to host and manage a clan if I want. But I'm not a dictator (so a team is better than 1 man) and want the fastest possible game. Thats why I am not the host. So I'm still not convinced. But...whatever. Keep it a rest now.

Paris-SG in bad pre-season friendlies:

Two strikers were added to the team. Julio Ricardo Cruz came on a free transfer from Inter Milan. He was a sub there. Italian striker Cipriani came on a 1 year loan deal from Juventus Turin.

In the friendly serie it was a very poor keeper for PSG. The problem is still not over as there wasn't enough money to buy Fabien Barthez. Also the defense struggled. In the friendly against the PSG-reserves it was a red card for my defender. He got a 3 match ban and will miss the first 3 matches of the season icon_frown.gif.

The results:

Aberdeen - Paris-SG 0-4 (3x Cruz)

PSG reserves - Paris-SG 1-1

Como - Paris-SG 2-1 icon13.gif

Next games are at Sofia and at home against Galatasaray. Hope to find a decent full back though.

Poor season start of PSG blamed to Olympic Games

With the last two friendlies:

CSKA Sofia - Paris-SG 1-3

Paris-SG - Galatasaray (2nd div) 0-1

The first league game was against promoted German side Hamburger SV. It was the 2nd match for them after a 2-2 against Dales' Djurgardens. Before the match there were big problems for Kozak to get a decent team between the lines. The next important players were missing:

Bonera (injury during Olympics)

Kapo (capped for Olympics, Quarter final with France)

Badiane (capped for Olympics, Quarter final with France)

Kalu (capped for Olympics, Quarter final with Nigeria)

Also 2 other players banned (Ogbeche & ???.

So big problems had to play me Trojan (a left winger) as left full back. Branko Boskovic took in the place from Trojan on the midfield. Cruz & Pauleta (hasnt scored for 6 months icon_redface.gif) were the two strikers with Oskarsson in an attacking role at the midfield. Eric Carriére who impressed in pre-season was the playmaker. The game started very well for PSG with a great Carriére. An 8 minute attack ended at Cruz and he made it 1-0. PSG got some chances for 2-0 but spoiled them. But after 25 mins it went wrong. First it was star midfielder Carriére injured. Later it was Oskarrson just before HT. PSG lost posession with 8 starters not in the team. HSV got some small chances and made it 1-1 halfway the 2nd half. At the end it was a chance for PSG but it was spoiled. So 1-1 at the end.

Manager Kozak is very afraid for a bad league start with a game against top formed and talented Lyon coming soon. Also the league cup 1st round against Porto will be extremely hard with 8 players missing. With the high pressure at Paris-SG Kozak got it very difficult finding a right defender.

>>>The World Clan seeking 2 new trialists to join the game<<<

Board Update:

Want Mallorca to be 2nd Division Champions

Pre-Season:

Pre-season saw Pavle struggle to control Mallorca's wage bill. Fans favorite Bruggink was sacrificed due to his 22k per week wages with Stankovic (20k) set to follow.

Mallorca started the season with just 5 defenders in the entire team. Despite bids for Yobo, Albrechtsen, Franz, Domizzi and Daniel (Bahia) Pavle had failed to sign any due to either excessive demands from either the clubs or the players. However with a new look midfield, anchored by the agressive Kaluzny, Pavle hopes to protect the defense until he can find the right players. In attack Pavle has gambled by selling Bruggink and replacing him with Nonda. Critics see this as a gamble as Nonda failed to play a game last season due to a serious knee injury sustained in pre-season.

Gala v Mallorca:

The season started with a tough trip to the Ali Sami Yen to take on former 1st division Galatasary. Despite Mallorca starting brightly poor control of a back pass by keeper Leo Franco gifted Gala the only goal of the game. In the second half the game opened up as Mallarca pressed for an equaliser but all the real chances fell to Gala who were unlucky not to add a second from the pen spot.

Villarreal v Mallorca:

Next was a trip to El Madrigal to take on a Vallarreal side boasting the talents of Coloccini, Riquelme and young striker Guayre. This was a different Mallorca to the one that surrendered so easdily to Gala. Totally controlling the game Mallorca crused to a 4-1 victory. Importantly for Pavle the game saw new signings Nonda and Santana grab their first league goals.

Awefull start for French Paris-SG:

With a huge miss of important players (selected players for Olympic games) PSG had to start the season with a very poor form after a bad friendly campaign. Especially defense and the extremely poor keeper were the huge problems for manager Kozakov. Also signing Trojan debuted with a red card that caused him a 3 match ban. After starting with a draw at Germany against HSV things had to improve. It only didn't. icon_frown.gif

League Cup 1st round:

Paris-SG vs FC Porto 0-2

No chance for a weak PSG. Without 8 players (including lots of defenders) the team played bad and made crucial errors. Especially Argentinian international Gabriel Heinze looked to enjoy walking under the ball. PSG also got some decent chances, but the Porto keeper seemed to be in good form and PSG had to play a winger as fullback.

Paris-SG vs Anderlecht (0-2) 2-2

Another home blow for a struggling french side. Important players like Bonera & Kapo were still at the Olympic Games. Also Mendy & Trojan were banned. Best young player of last year Iketchu Kalú was back in the team. PSG started quite well but it was Elber twice on the counter that headed the ball behind the very poor Bulgarian international goalkeeper Ivankov. Just before the 0-2 it was Kalú that knocked doen his opponent and was send off. The 3rd red card of the season, while the team isn't playing hard at all. In the second half it was manager Kozakov who send his team in a 3-4-2 formation to fight back. The poor Pauleta (got a 4 again icon_eek.gif) was substituted and Julio Ricardo Cruz came on. Also a keeper substiting when Ivankov played so poor. PSG got the better play in the second half and created some chances. From the corner it was the small Pablo Niño who made the 2-1. With about 15 mins to go another corner ended at the head of poor playing Gabriel Heinze 2-2. At least another point for a poor defending team.

Paris-SG vs Basel (0-0) 1-0

However PSG tried everything with Bonera and Kapo on their PSG debut. Unlucky Kapo got injured. Lots of chances were screwed by the PSG attack. Basel keeper Zubi seemed to be God. However a very late 1-0 by Pauleta saved PSG. It was finally a goal in 2004 for a struggling Pauleta.

Lyon vs Paris-SG (0-1) 4-1

Another blow for Paris-SG against high talented league leaders Lyon. With some flat play till 33rd minute PSG kept the 0 quite easily. 2nd keeper Alonzo was only the goal again. The bans of Trojan, Mendy & Kalu were still there. Lyon was the better team but didnt create a lot in first half till Heinze walked under the ball again. Kozakov saw his defender hold the Lyon striker. A penalty and Heinze got another red card. Nr 4 of the season. Juninho missed the penalty and from a counter it was Oskarsson who gave PSG a surprisely lead at Half Time. In second half Lyon won thanks to another penaly and a lack of quality and men of the PSG team. Well done Tom.

Paris-SG vs Blackburn (0-1) 1-1

Another bad game for Pauleta. Blackburn took a deserved lead in the first half. In second half some chances in the PSG team gave them many chances for even a win. But with missing all these chances there was only a draw. A poor season start for Kozakov can mean he can be sacked soon with the board expecting the championship. All the bad behaviour from the players is killing me, however I will fight. The next games are very difficult especially in the current form. I'm still searching for a fullback, but the other teams ask too much money. A player like Patrice Evra from Monaco would be a great player for this team but Monaco isn't willing to let him go. Further there was a deal with Inter about Coco. But Coco didn't want to join the french side.

R.C.D.Mallorca:

Mallorca 3 - 0 Benfica

Carignano, back from Argentina's Olympic Games Squad, looked sharp as he hit 2 goals inside the first 20 mins as Mallorca easily beat a disappointing Benfica 3-0. However it was Kosowsky not Carignano who was the real star. Kosowsky rediscovered last seasons amazing form providing two assists and causing Benfica constant problems down the left side of midfield. After the high tempo start Mallorca sat back but added a third 3 mins from the end. A corner hit deep towards Santana caused panic in the Benfica defense and Armand headed into his own net.

Mallorca 3 - 1 Perugia

Again Mallorca took the game to their opponents and once again took an early lead. The first goal came as a result of great link up play down the left between Carignano and Kosowski with the latter finishing with a low placed shot past the keeper. Also on the score sheet was Nonda who despite grabbing 2 will be disappointed he didnt get his hat trick after hitting the post. A Perugia goal midway through the second half was nothing more than a consolation as Mallorca sat back in total control.

Sevilla 0 - 3 Mallorca

Before the match Pavle spoke of the great threat posed by Sevilla wonderkid Reyes and in form Dario Silva. However it was Mallorca's Argentines who proved the real threat as Mallorca hit Sevilla on the break. Carignano got two and Lussenhoff grabbed a late goal from a long throw. After the game Pavle praised Santana who was the architect behind every Mallorca attack, proving a steal at £2.2m.

Transferibles:

Stankovic

Djurgardens 0 - 6 Lyon

After convincing wins against title favourites Marseille & Athletico Madrid, Lyon continued their impressive start to the season by destroying relegation favourites Djurgardens 6-0. Recent signing Evandro Roncatto opened the scoring after only 30 seconds & grabbed his second five minutes later, his strike partner Govou scored two goals himself before half time. Lyon manager Tom Williams took them both off at half time to the disappointment of the travelling fans, but replacements Cerci and Advaldo scored one each to make it 6-0 to the in form french side. After the game Williams praised his four strikers who have all been in spectacular form so far this season.

Lyon 4 - 1 PSG

PSG have had an excellent record against Lyon in recent years, and it looked like they were going to be the first team to take points off the league leaders this season when Oskarsson put them a goal up after 30 mins. But it wasnt to be as Heinze was sent off for the away team, and Lyon took control from that point. Roncatto & Govou continued their impressive scoring form with a goal each, Essien made it 3-1 and Cerci added a fourth just before full time. It was another great performance from Lyon as they maintained their 100 % start to the season.

Results so far this season :

Athletico Madrid 0 - 2 Lyon

Lyon 3 - 0 Marseille

Djurgardens 0 - 6 Lyon

Lyon 4 - 1 PSG

Bordeaux 0 - 3 Lyon

Udinesejpeg.JPG

Udinese started their premiership adventure with a home draw against Dortmund. Udinese dominted the entire match just a great Nihats intuition saved the germans.Nomvete was on score 1-1.The next mach was a home win against Valenca ,udinese showing the best football ever hammering the spanish side 2-0 before half time (a double from nomvete) ,Valecia came back with a great Aimars solo action but Pizzaro made it 3-1 at the end.3rd match was against Ajax at the Amsterdam Arena. Udinese went on with a great Nomvetes goal (who else?) after that Ajax started hammering with an impressive costantcy to 3-1 with Wesley Sonck in a scoring spree. Nomvete just made a consloation 3-2 goal.

Udinese playing against all odds, they are phisicaly well prepaird but mentaly manager Kuk have to work a little bit more, not letting make mistakes like against Ajax.Anyway Udinese manager told that he would be happy with the 17th place at the end with such great teams in the league.

With the games displayed till now Media speculation told that realistically (with Torrys and Favas better contibution) they can reach 15-12 place.

Udinese-Dortmund 1-1 (Nomvete,Nihat)

Udinese-Valencia 3-1 (Nomvete,Nomvete,Aimar,Pizarro)

Ajax-Udinese(Nomvete,Sonck,Sonck,Bukhari,Nomvete)

Nomvete currently top scorer in the Premier league.

R.C.D.Mallorca:

Rangers 1 v 1 Mallorca

Assistant manages the match due to Pavle darts match.

Mallorca 1 v 3 Lyon (After Extra Time)

Assistant manages the match against top of the First Division Lyon managed by Tom due to Pavle darts match.

Mallorca 1 v 0 Southampton

After a good start to the season Southampton dropped to 4th after successive league defeats against Auxerre and Kaiserslautern. With £2.2m winger Santana injured for 2 months against Lyon, Norwegian Dagfinn Enerly started on the right of midfield.

Southampton made the better start with a freekick from Prutton going just over the bar. Soon after Carignano was denied what seemed a certain goal by an athletic stop from Niemi just before half-time. However his disappointment was short lived as he powerfully headed home Nonda's far post cross 10 mins later.

Tottenham 2 v 1 Mallorca

Despite having enough opportunities to win, Mallorca squandered their chances and conceded 1st place to Malaga. Hurried finishing together with poor marking gave bottom of the table Tottenham (Nadessico) their first win of the season. After the game Pavles anger towards Nadessico's 'brutal' tactics was clear. Tottenham adopted an agressive attitude against the league leaders kicking 4 players injured - Nonda, Kaluzny, Carignano & Balaban icon_mad.gif

Position: 2nd (2nd Division)

Board:

Pleased with Pavles performance as manager,

Unhappy with league position,

Feels wages too high,

Pleased with current financial situation.

Transferibles:

Marcus Stewart (12k per week)

Jovan Stankovic (20k per week) - damn assistant offering contracts icon_mad.gif

Red flow for Paris-SG brings manager Kozaque near the sack

With ending all the last 5 matches with 10 men PSG manager Kozaque becomes frustrated. The behaviour of his players looks very poor. With the league just about 7 matches underway he sees his team get red cards every match. This makes it impossible to built towards a good team that can reach the play-offs. The PSG results are clear: 1 win, 1 loss and drawing in all the other games. Gabriel Heinze already received his 2nd red card of the season. Also "newbie" Bonera got one in the last match. Luckily Kozaque took all his money together for a new defender. Nigerian Yobo comes for 1.8m from Everton. Everton will receive 50% of a possible sale. He will get lot of playing time with Bonera & Heinze both banned for three matches. Hope V4.1.4 ends my unlucky performances.

Djurgardens

Well, since the miniute i saw me draw Djurgardens, i knew i was in for a toughseason.

Most of the best players have gone, and with only 2.5mil to spend, and board expecting to fight bravely against relegation, its pretty hard.

Friendly games didnt go too well, loosing to my reserves, and losing all the others.

Summer signings of Porhallsson, Rocchi, and Chris Stringer.

Loaned a few plyers too, but my sisngings didnt seem to work, after going from 2-0 in the first game, i drew 2-2, knocked out of first round of cup, and fater 9-10 games, im 2nd from bottom, with about 4 points, letting in around 22 goals, and scoring around only six.

But i have faith in my team, and im sure we can escape relegation this season, and pull off a promotion chasing season next season icon_wink.gif

Bologna

After taking over from the MIA Matt Hooker with 3 League games gone and only 2 pts it looked as if I was going to have a very short 'Honeymoon Period'.

After accessing the squad it was clear I was gonna need to invest, which was backed up by the board demanding me to rebuild the squad. Mr Hooker signed Ugo Ehiogu who I have moulded the defence around. I signed Jorge Samuel Caballero from Udinese in a deal worth only £500k to partner Ugo in the centre of defence. This after I only picked up 1 pt from my opening 2 games against Dinamo Kiev (Away) and Porto (Home) drawing 1 - 1 and losing 2 - 0 respectively.

I also felt I needed a defensive minded player in midfield to give me a bit more stability when defending. So I secured the services of Sylvain N'Diaye for £500k form Marseille

Beating Shakhtar 1 - 0 (Home) gave us our 1st win and a climb up the table, still in the bottom third but a well needed win all the same.

Deportivo (Away) was the next game and this proved to be more difficult with my strikers unable to hit the back the net and my defence still not playing as one I inevitably lost 1 - 0. So I set out to find a cheap but commited striker, I found out of favour Mark Viduka at Marseille after noticing him when doing the deal for Sylvain N'Diaye.

After negotiations I signed Mark for £800k.

A day later fans were once again welcoming a new face to the club with the £500k signing of attacking midfielder Catalin Munteanu. With these new signings I felt I had a good enough squad to put a few good results together.

Although, the next game didn't hold much hope for the club after a demoralising 3 - 1 defeat at the hands of Atlético Madrid (Away).

But I stuck with the same team for the next 2 games and came out with 6 pts, after beating Fenerbahçe and then Olympiakos 2 - 1 and 2 - 0 respectively. The team looked very promising in these two games and I was starting to climb out of the bottom third of the table. Morale was high and confidence was good but Marseille brought me back down to earth with a thud. A 4 - 1 home defeat was exactly what we didn't need. After a very poor 1st half we started to come good in the 2nd putting a few good moves together leading to us scoring only our 10th goal in 11 games.

Much improvement needs to begin and the earlier we start the better off we'll be.
