Strength = Fitness 18 Aerobic = Fitness 18 Goalkeepers = GK 18 Tactics = Tactics 18 Defence = Defence 18 + Tactics 18 or Defence 19 = Tactics 14 or Defence 20 + Tactics 10 Attack is the same as Defence except substitute Defence stats for attacking stats Ball Control = Technique 18 + Mental 18 19 + 14 20 + 10 Shooting = Technique 18 + Attack 18 19 + 14 20 + 10 Set Peices = Tech 17 + Mental/Att combine 39 Tech 18 + Ment/Att combined 36 Tech 19 + Ment/Att combined 33 Tech 20 + Ment/Att combined 30 This is a good guide but it's not hard & fast. Hm, now having a little problem with set piece and ball control. The best I can get is Vicenzo Picolini and he's a at a new club so wouldn't sign with me. I have a scout called Ted Davies, although his scouting ratings aren't the best, he comes back with full reports with helpful info on the player, whilst other scouts with excellent ratings(ie 18+ on Judging player ability) but rubish reports??? You may need to be running a large database or something, but if you can get him he's the best scout in the game and has a lot of years in him (only 27/28 at start!) What stats does a coach need to get this up to 7 starts, as it is now at 5! Pako isnt on the game, not even as a director Queiroz isnt on the game Rice, like said, has retired Desailly has rubbish stats and doesnt want to join because i accidently sacked him last season. Ricardo Moniz has amazing stats, both coaching AND team talk sort of this, but i cant get him to join! Am trying really hard, but think i am going to have to offer him about £65k to join!
