Darry Casey
At What age does the players retire?
Vic Taylor
It varies. If a player is injury prone or has been without a club for a long period of time, they can retire in their 20s. But most players go in their mid-30s. I have, however, seen several 40+ GKs.

dangerpuss
I saw Sebastian Battaglia retire after one season once at the ripe old age of 30. I don't know whether he got seriously injured, I just saw the announcement in my news.

pyewackett
They never ever, ever retire. Just kidding, around the close to 40's mark for me in general. In most of my games, some earlier or later.
killimandros
My oldest player to be of any use, was Hart. He played 10 games in his last season where I actually considered him good enough to be a backup. That was at the age of 41 and I was in championship.I signed him as a coach that year, if not, I believe he may have held for at least one more season
