gayo Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 My players suddenly got tired when a new season breaks, and I have to play two cup games with my players exhausted. I'd tried giving the players rest before the new season, and also aftewards but there's no improvement with their condition. Anyone knows why or how to fix this? The schedule was somewhat hard, but I tried reducing the workload. Are you doing sufficient aerobic and strength training during July and the pre-season period? No, I don't think its much.
