Liverpool won it 18 times, right? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

yeah, back in the old days </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

It won't take long before you reach your 19th title while they will still be stuck in 18 titles. icon14.gif

It's more that he has become the total opposite of everything he once stood for all i nthe space of 18 months(?)

Hated people who left early.

Hated Richardson.

Hated people who pick & choose games.

Hated people who subscribed to anything that gave Glazers any extra cash (megastore/MUTV etc)

Hated scousers.

18 months on he is moving in with a scouser, he missed the Portsmouth game, he left a game early & he has signed up for MUTV & more importantly he went off on with what can only be described as pure ecstacy when Richardson opened the scoring against 'boro at OT.

Makes some **** poor excuses to defend himself & convince himself he has done nothing wrong but deep down he has gone against everything he once stood for icon_frown.gif It's a shame, a damn shame. Thought he was stronger than that.

I am in no way having a go at him but he no longer has any right to have a go at people over stuff like that icon_biggrin.gif Especially after THAT Richardson goal against 'boro when he had posted on RI not a week earlier about hating him icon_biggrin.gif

Karma immediately came back & bit him on the arse when we drew 1-1 though. He was almost running down the steps at that Richardson goal though.

Same with Rio to some extent, although he has always maintained it was just his off the field stuff he hated.

But at least neither Man Utd nor Liverpool had Júlio Baptista. icon14.gif

Good God. When did he post that ?

When did I ever praise the bloody glazers ? icon_frown.gif

I may spend my hard earned in the Whore sometimes, (as have others known to have damned the practise. No names, no pack drill. Unless necessary) but I'm a long way from licking any Septic's arse.

Call me a tourist if you like, but really . . .

I've had MUTV since I got Sky installed, fwiw. icon_razz.gif

Was in the 2005/6 thread icon_biggrin.gif

Fwiw I personally think that boycotting etc is a nonsense anyway, but I've always been open about that.

Re: do we/don't we need a striker, I can't help thinking back to the Roma games, and Fergie waxing lyrical about them playing without an orthodox centre-forward. Wouldn't surprise me to see him playing Rooney in a similar role to Totti next season if no striker catches his eye.

Barcelona are ready to offer Eidur Gudjohnsen in a swap deal for Manchester United defender Gerard Pique. (Various)

Ex-Nou Camp youngster Pique spent last season on loan at Real Zaragoza who are expected to table a improved offer after a £7m bid was rejected. (Daily Mail)

The lad impressed whenever i saw him, never looked out of place in any of the games and even scored against Barcelona and got good reviews all round.

Those are some hefty fees though. I wouldnt sell him because i think he has real promise but if those rumours are true i cant see the club saying no.

An open message to Jonny.

I can only apologise for my recent criticism of your attitude towards Martin. It’s now come to by attention that he’s a two faced hypocritical sub-human glazerite twatbasket. Therefore I can only suggest that you continue your campaign of psychological terror to destroy the scumbag. Indeed, if you choose to open up new avenues and wish to undertake physical attacks I’m more than willing to lend a hand.

A zimmer frame bears far too much resemblance to a set of wickets, our bowlers wouldn't get anywhere fecking near it.

Go look at how many batting bonus points we've got, then how many bowling, then come back and apologise.

Oh don't be like that, mark. If we let facts get in the way of cheap jibes, your OTF career would basically be over icon_frown.gif

Think it's time for our annual 'bestest united player ever' poll.

So, post in order of preference, your top 10 united players. Not necessarily the most skilled or even those who made the biggest impact.

For fun, this time also post your 5 least favourite. With the worst last.

Makes sense?
