alilaw
You mean we might make it to 6 people? 7? I've spoken loads of times about it in here, and I'm not arsed enough to expend any more energy trying to organise it. I'll happily donate all the questions to someone if they want to run it, but failing that I'll just post the lot. All I really wanted to do was confuse people with the 'Who did Andy Cole score his first goal at Old Trafford against?'.

BBB
From todays Mirror , Manchester Uniteds hard-won status as the most classless outfit in the premier league had been reinforced yet again by a witless selection of official mobile ringtones. The club which allowed supporters to festoon Old Trafford with permanent banners mocking their less succesful rivals is offering a set of 'Taunt Tones' at £3 a pop. They include "Who are ya?", "Easy, Easy" and the old favourite "1-0 in your cup final" which United supporters charmingly used to sing at away grounds when they go a goal up. And for extra offence there's "Are you watching Merseyside?" and "Chelsea Chelsea what's the score?" Is it any wonder they're so well loved?. _______________________ what an utter utter arsehole

alilaw
Eric has a provisional 25/75, may possibly be pushed up after I've investigated my own question setting (it's been a while since I put them together and I'm surprised at one of his answers being wrong according to me). For a while I was splitting part questions (eg the who scored our goals in the European Cup Final of 68) in fractions, but I've decided to sod it. One mark if it's totally right, nothing if it's not, which is harsh actually because you got a fair few almost right.

Nick OGS20
there are various differing versions - some say red and white, some say red and right, some say red alright. no idea which is deemed the official one (not sure there is an official one, as with so many football songs). i'm bored enough to check Ole's substitute goals i reckon... ericcantona7
yeah obv there's no such thing as official chants, but never thought it could be red and right, and there's not much reasoning for it to be so really, certainly not as much as red and white. ericcantona7
tell that to sebs. just pointing out the unfairness of asking for correct spelling for a team whose name has been translated, not just from another language, but from another alphabet too, and thus spelling depends upon your translation. At least that's my excuse.

Nick OGS20
'Manchester United are keeping tabs on Carlos Tevez's teenage brother. United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has identified Miguel Tevez, 17, as a star of the future during a two-week trial at United which has just finished. The attacking midfielder was recommended to Ferguson by his assistant Carlos Queiroz. Ferguson has yet to decide whether to offer Tevez Jnr a permanent deal and it is understood the teenager has been home-sick during his stay in England. But sources close to United said Ferguson was impressed by his ability and attitude and has told his staff that his development must be monitored. Miguel also spent time at West Ham when Tevez was there last season and is considered one of South America's most improved young players. He is known as the 'little Apache' at home and began his career at Boca Juniors, where his brother made his name. United have handed a trial to Southend midfielder Medi Abalimba, 16, who will link up with the club at the end of the month.' interesting. the Abalimba thing at the bottom is confirmed on manutd.com fwiw. alilaw
Nick, I'll bow to your investigations. Have e-mailed Stretford End as well to inform them. However I'm bowing to top red BBB's answer and striking you off a mark for 'red and right' which I'd initially given you. So you're still on 67. Mark, I'll mark yours when I get home tonight, but off the tope of my head you've got 36. You can have Notts Forest, of course, but I'm genuinely shocked that the only chant you know the rest of the words to is the one that was in Mart's profile for ages. And getting the 68 scorers wrong as well... No-one's yet got 30, 45, 47, 53 or 72 right.

It usually takes them being done a couple of times for me to remember them properly, though, so i'm not sure i'd have got any more. I've not been at all for a few years, and i've never been a regular at OT. As for the 68 scorers, i just couldn't visualise one of the goals.
