Death.
ONE second it took for Joe Cole to pull up with an injury! The sheer might of Wayne Rooney's kick off... Now, i'm no psyiotherapist, but i'm guessing it is rather difficult to injury yourself by standing still, putting your foot on a ball that is tapped in your direction and turning your body slightly to the right. What are these footballers made of?
ftg87
When he put his foot on the ball, it could have slipped and he could have broke his ankle, sprained it, twisted it or maybe pulled a hamstring. Not impossible that it could happen, just pretty unlikely
gunner86
I remember Greame Le Saux injuring himself when walking. And Niemi kicking the ball out. And IIRC correctly so did an England B Keeper against Belarus in a friendly a couple of years back, not entirely sure who though, maybe Rob Green
Death.
Turns out he twisted his knee. I suppose that could happen.

agor123
Look at David Seaman + Robbie Keane injuring themselves with a remotes. David Batty and Fabio Aurelio injured themselves while playing with their kids. Just be happy he made it onto the pitch;)
