Rohkey
My Ass Man always states "Some players are finding it hard to motivate themselves to play for you due to personal issues." Is that personal issued towards me or in general? How can I solve this?
slipknot67
It is usually an issue for people who have started with an automatic or 'sunday league footballer' reputation and should sort itself out if you manage to string some good results together and the longer you are at the club. youaredie
This happened to me and I set my reputation as a many-capped international footballer. I gave up and sold them away.
fujitsu
It is usually an issue for people who have started with an automatic or 'sunday league footballer' reputation and should sort itself out if you manage to string some good results together and the longer you are at the club. I have the same problem but I have set my reputation to 'semi-professional player' and I have achieved excellent results till now - won league One with Millwall and top of the Championship (half of the season gone) - something that exceeds even my own expectations, not even talking to these of the board and the players who are 'proud of the club position'... so to read that players are not motivated to play for me is quite annoying in this case. Indeed, how can I identify the players that have personnal issues with me and what is the approach to deal with them? thank you
