Make sure you have added the files in the correct place: The FM 2010 Graphics & Skin Installation Guide

If you have make sure you have turned off the skin cache and ticked always reload your skin.

If that doesn't work try deleting the cache files:

How to delete your Cache files

(First you may need to enable hidden files/folders, in Windows this is done through Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View -> Advanced Settings, then select 'Show hidden files and folders' you may also need to untick 'hide protected Operating System files')

Windows XP:

1. Open “My Computer”

2. Navigate to : “Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\

3. Go into the “Sports Interactive” Folder.

4. Go Into the “Football Manager 09” Folder.

5. Delete the "Cache" folder inside.

Wndows Vista:

1. Click “Start”

2. Click your username on the start Menu

3. Click on “AppData” and then “Roaming”

4. Go into the “Sports Interactive” Folder

5. Go into the “Football Manager 09” Folder.

6. Delete the "Cache" Folder inside.

Mac OSX

1. Open Finder.

2. Select <User>

3. Navigate to Library\Caches\Sports Interactive

4. Delete the the "Sports Interactive” Folder.

5. In the Library folder find the folder called "Preferences"

6. Delete the "Sports Interactive" Folder.

Thanks for your help michael, but i've tried all of this and it hasn't changed anything. I haven't added any skin, logos or badges.

The most surprising is that the logos kits etc.. all work on the demo i've just installed.

Is there any way i could copy the graphics folder??

It sounds like the graphics.fmf file has become corrupted - if it's the demo with the kits and logos you've downloaded then copying over the graphics.fmf file should work (as it includes the same graphics as the full game).

If that doesn't work try defragging your hard drive, installing the game elsewhere or if you used steam try verfiying the game files.

Michael i've tried all this and yes apparently the graphics.fmf file is smaller than the demo one, but copying it over to the full game directory doesn't do any good.

I've installing on another drive and still no luck. Any other advice??

I haven't used the steam authentification by the way
