Katarian
I foolishly sacked my rubbish physio when I joined the club. Now I'm waiting for a new physio to apply for the position using the job centre. Problem is that now all my LBs are now injured and awaiting treatment. Are they ever going to recover before I can find a new physio or not? I know it was stupid to sack the old guy without a replacement, but surely a player can recover from a gashed head without specialist treatment from a physio. MrPompey
no, just means there is no chance of recovering quicker than the standard expected time for the particular injury
gMoses
I'm playing a level 10 English team and can't afford a Physio. My players get injured and I just leave them alone. Eventually they restart training and a few weeks later they are OK. You just never get any reports and have no idea when to expect recovery.
4string
What does a good physio better than others? I´m not sure...
Amaroq
A good physio should: 1. Have a higher chance of getting a player back to healthy faster than the minimum recovery time for a given injury 2. Be able to better predict recovery time for you 3. Give the player back to you a little closer to "match fit" (most noticeable after short injuries) 4. Be better able to spot long-term recurring injuries that need to be sent to a specialist, and recommend the specialist's treatment. I'm not sure if the quality of physio affects anything around the "give injection" bit, but I imagine that it does.

Administrators Lucas Posted November 1, 2009 Administrators Share Posted November 1, 2009 Happened to me, but there's a bug somewhere, because my player injured with a torn hamstring is still "awaiting treatment" three months after his injury, even though I did bring in a physio shortly after his injury. I've logged it with SI in the Bugs Forum Naturally, a player should be sent for treatment or we should be able to get some idea what's going on. Whatever happened to the PhysioRoom 'sponsorship' SI had in the game and Physio Reports ingame? I miss them

I thought the better they are the better they'll be able to predict how long a player will be out for. 09 hints suggested as much, was it changed for 10? dirtyscarab
Yeah that's what happens with me. Can you not just hire a physio on an amateur contract? Then you won't even have to pay him/her. (Or can you only do this if your club is at amateur level)?
