[FMH2009] My Doncaster Career

Recommended Posts

2008-09

My expectations: In all fairness, my team were just promoted from League 1, so I couldn't ask for that much from my team, so my expectations were the same as the board: avoid relegation.

Cups:

League Cup: First round (Lost 2-1 to Bradford)
FA Cup: Third round (Lost 0-2 to Wigan)

My View: I am happy of the season that I played. The club passed the expectations that were set by the board and of course my own, and I am very proud about this.

All in all a good season so far....however the good results are starting to become harder to come by and a top half finish is starting to look less likely.

Season highlight is James Hayter 3rd in league goal scoring chart on 17 goals, he is now worth a staggering 1.7million. I'm praying someone makes an offer for him as I can get in several new good young players with that sort of money.
