Mark Snellink
The Challenge: Assume the nationality of a country who have failed to qualify (ever) for either the European Championship or the World Cup. Take over any club in any tier of the top 10 national leagues as decided by the UEFA Coefficients. Sign at least four players with your nationality and win at least three league titles and a cup title with them in the side. Then attempt to qualify for a major tournament with your national team. Top Ten Leagues: Spain, England, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Holland, Russia and Scotland. (According to my edition of the game. It can be found at the Champions League page under coefficients.) Nations who failed to qualify for the European Championship, ever: Iceland, N. Ireland, Wales, Luxembourg, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Slovakia, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Malta, San Marino, Andorra, Israel and Liechtenstein. Nations who failed to qualify for the World Cup, ever: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_teams_wit...orld_Cup_appearances Rules: Load a game with the league system of your choice. Load all players from the nationality of your choice. League titles include promotion through winning a league, it does not have to be the top tier of a competition to count. Any cup (except for friendly ones) will count as a cup title. To count, at least four of your players must be of your nationality and have started 60% of the games that season. You don't have to stay with the first team you chose, just as long as you meet the requirements. So if you win a cup with team A and leagues with teams B, C and F, that's fine. Player naming and tactics discussion are allowed. Your personal reputation shall be "professional footballer" at the beginning of the game. Post a screenshot of your manager profile, as well as one (or more) updates each season. Any winning season will also require screenshots of your team that shows the four (or more players) and the number of games they played, a final league table and/or a cup final. Good luck! PoopyPants
Sounds a little like this tbh, except for the managing a club thingy as well.
Mark Snellink
Really it's nothing like that at all. The international management part is but a very small part of this challenge. IMO.
thezogsageordie
I think this has potential but it all depends on whether what PoopyPants is saying is true.
coops_10
Without starting a new game how can i get a job at a really small nation..I have all players selected from Anguilla, Barbados and Montserrat aswell
Mark Snellink
As long as your nation is managable (check by adding a new user and trying to take control, but cancel before it puts it in), that shouldn't be a problem. Then just try to get the job the old fashioned way by declaring interest and applying when it's available.
