mit_p
How do they relate to each other? In my head short, narrow pitches need to be played with more short and wider styles. And vice versa. But sometimes with a pitch of the same size two totally different scout reoprts can come up. How should it all be interpreted? And yes I have read the TTF stuff. On short narrow pitches space will be hard to find so it's a good idea to increase your width (width creates space) and play at a faster tempo to move the ball quicker so players don't get caught on the ball. Forward runs are important too and be careful with what players you have running with the ball. WIth passing you don't have to play short but just keep an eye out for players hitting the ball too long. Hope that helps.
SCIAG
It doesn't. Ignore it. The differences in pitch size are tiny, and as you say, you can get conflicting reports. Just ignore the whole feature.
David Beckham_7
Maybe it's just me, but whatever tactic i devised, or i downloaded and i plugged and played, i'm a sucker for smaller pitch size, and i have plenty of success.
