If you are suffering from a crash or the game failing to run, please try fully restarting the device as a first step.
To turn the device off: hold down the Power button for a few seconds then select Power Options > Power Off when prompted.
To turn it on again: Press and hold the Power button, then release when the Nintendo logo appears.

If the game fails to run immediately after purchasing and installing it, it is possible that it may not have downloaded or installed correctly. In this situation, it is best to delete the game from your Nintendo Switch™, reboot the Nintendo Switch™ fully and then re-install the game. Don't worry, the Nintendo eShop will know that you have already purchased the game and will let you download it again. Do not do this if you have run the game and have existing saves as they will be removed.
To delete the game: Highlight the game in the Nintendo Switch™ Home menu, press the + button then go to Data Management > Delete Software.
