The most common cause of this issue is the use of overly aggressive cleaning apps that delete necessary skin data required by FM Mobile 2016. If this happens, you will need to reinstall the skin data. Please try the following steps. We recommend using a file explorer app on your phone for this (Androzip and ES File Explorer are two good free examples):
- Locate the ‘Android/data/com.sigames.fmh2016/files/com.sigames.fmh2016’ folder on your device
- If you have unlockables that you wish to keep, back up the game.cfg from within the '/data/' folder that is inside the '‘Android/data/com.sigames.fmh2016/files/com.sigames.fmh2016’ folder
- Delete the contents of the ‘Android/data/com.sigames.fmh2016/files/com.sigames.fmh2016’ folder *except* for the ‘save_games’ folder
- Re-start your phone
- Reinstall the app from Google Play
- Replace the game.cfg with your backup if you performed this step
