      If you’re having trouble finding your friend’s game when searching for servers - even though you've setup a unique server name - then have the host and client/s set their Steam region settings to the same region. This can be changed in Steam by going to: - Click on ‘Steam’ from the header and select ‘Settings’ - Under the ‘Downloads’ tab, select ‘Download Region’ - Make sure you are running the same region as the host - You should now be able to connect

    7. ISPs affecting Steam performance

      If you notice that your Steam connection only has issues during certain hours of the day (usually in the evenings between 5pm and 11pm), it is probable that your ISP is blocking or "shaping" your connection. Please test your connection at other hours of the day and contact your ISP directly if you believe this is causing the connection issue.     9. Clashes with network adapter drivers

      Some FM online users have found that their network card drivers trigger connectivity issues. To rectify this, uninstall then reinstall your network card drivers.
