    1. What in-app purchases are available?

      All of the FM19 Touch in-app purchases on PC are available on iOS and Android.
    2. One-time purchase unlockables (can be applied to all save games):

      No Transfer Windows – this can be unlocked automatically by making a large profit when selling a player that you brought to the club. No Loan Restrictions – this can be unlocked automatically by having a player on loan either at or from your club win a Player of the Year award. No Sacking – this can be unlocked automatically by significantly increasing a club’s stature within the footballing community. National Management – this can be unlocked automatically by winning a Manager of the Year award. No Work Permit – this can be unlocked automatically by showing a commitment to home-grown talent. Son Generated – this can be unlocked automatically by having a player retire after 10 years of service to his team. All Players Interested – this can be unlocked automatically by winning 20 cup competitions. Foreign Influx – this can be unlocked automatically by staying undefeated in a domestic league. Unlimited Scouting – this can be unlocked automatically by managing a club for ten years. Attribute Masking – this can be unlocked automatically by having a player win a Player of the Year award. All Job Applications - this can be unlocked automatically by moving clubs 10 times. Design a Son - this can be unlocked automatically by managing a club for 20 years
    3. Consumables (can be purchased multiple times)

    4. Additional Purchasable Challenges

      Starting from the Bottom – Can you ensure promotion at the first attempt from the bottom tier? Rise from the Ashes – Can you assemble a squad of free agents and guide the club to safety? Fixture Pile-Up – Can you handle a congested fixture list and keep the board happy?
    5. Can I transfer purchases between different platforms?

      Yes. If you enable the Cross-Purchase system when entering the store, your App Store/Google Play account is linked to your Steam account, and all purchases you make on PC, Mac, iOS and Android are shared across all platforms. If you choose to not enable Cross-Purchase, your purchases remain tied to the platform you made them on. In either case, if you have applied a purchase to a game and cross-saved the game over, the unlockable will be remain available within that save. However, please note that consumable items will not be retained when enabling or disabling Cross-Purchase, so we recommend using any purchased consumable items before turning Cross-Purchase on or off.
    6. What is the Cross-Purchase system?

      It allows you to use a purchase made on one platform on any other platform (PC, Mac, iOS and Android). To activate it on your tablet, open the In-Game Store by selecting ‘Downloads’ and select ‘Yes’ when asked if you want to enable Cross-Purchase (if you’ve already used Cross-Sync, Cross-Purchase is enabled automatically). This will then prompt you to sign into your Steam account on your tablet, which links that Steam account to your App Store/Google Play account. Once done, you just purchase and use items as normal and the game will automatically take care of ensuring your inventory is in-sync across all platforms.     7. How do I transfer my purchases to a new iOS device?

      If you have more than one device, if you have bought a new device or if you have done a full reinstall on your current device it is possible to restore your in-app purchases on a fresh copy of the game. If you had enabled Cross-Purchase on your old device, just do the same again on the new device using the same App Store and Steam accounts and your Wallet will contain the same items as before. If you did not have Cross-Purchase enabled, just ensure you are signed into the same account on the new device when you start the game, then tap the “Restore Purchases” button in the Store.
    8. How do I transfer my purchases to a new Android device?

      If you have more than one device, if you have bought a new device or if you have done a full reinstall on your current device it is possible to restore your in-app purchases on a fresh copy of the game. If you had enabled Cross-Purchase on your old device, just do the same on your new device and your Wallet will contain the same items as before. You may have to enter and exit the store a couple of times to trigger the automatic restore.
    9. I haven’t received my purchased item!

      Please check that you have received a receipt for it and that it has not been subsequently cancelled. If you haven't received a receipt or you have received a cancellation, the payment will not be taken (though this sometimes takes a couple of days to become evident when paying by card). If you have received a receipt and no cancellation, please do feel free to post in our bugs forum - https://community.sigames.com/forum/652-football-manager-2019-touch-bugs-forum/ It is important that you tell us whether you have Cross-Purchase enabled or not. Do note that we may advise you to contact Apple/Google in the case of store billing issues as all transactions take place with them via their servers.
    10. I unlocked an unlockable during gameplay but it’s still available for purchase!

      Since the system of unlocking unlockable items through gameplay in FM19 Touch is based on Game Centre/Google Play Games achievements, your device is required to be connected to the internet and logged into the Game Centre/Google Play Games account when you receive the achievement through gameplay, so that the achievement can be registered on Game Centre/Google Play Games and therefore unlocked in the store. We always recommend saving regularly, particularly near the end of a season or when you think you may unlock something so that if you’re offline you can reload that save and try it again when you are able to connect to the internet.
