If you encounter crashes happening seemingly at random whilst playing Football Manager 2016 please bear in mind a crash dump is the generic response for any type of crash – deleting the crash dump file will not help. - The crash dump file (this file can be located at the following default location: C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\crash dumps
- The save game file just before the issue occurs (this file can be located at the following default location: C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\games
- What exactly you were doing in game when it crashed, such as processing, during a match or going to a particular in-game screen (this may be a variety of things if the crash is completely random)
