    and more there

if "im." is on name of stadium there is no "Stadion " on first word in Stadium name, but imo should be

This is intentional. The stadion name is used not only on the club information screen, but also in various news ("at [stadium]" etc.). Now, in those news items the name of the stadium is inflected (Polish, right ;) ) . This kind of format (for addresses and patrons) allows us to achieve correct syntax in Polish (mecz na stadionie im. Christo Botewa). Adding "stadion" to the name would also work but less optimally so and would be painfully awkward (mecz na stadionie Stadion im. Christo Botewa). Thus, we limit adding "stadion" only to those names, where we cannot have inflected names (as in the City Stadium = Stadion Miejski)  and we cannot inflect "Miejski". We believe "mecz na stadionie Miejski" would be much worse than "mecz na stadionie Stadion Miejski". It is not perfect but until we get inflection tables for Polish in FM 2047, it is the best bad solution. It has also been consulted with and accepted by the Polish research team when it was first introduced.

I confirm. The current version is correct and we leave it at that.
