In the UEL pre-match teamsheet, there's probably a wrong string used to indicate the manager. It should be "allenatore" (manager), instead it is "preparatore".
I've tried to visualize the same screen in English and the original string is "Coach". This obviously works in English, but not in Italian: in that case "Allenatore" should be used instead.
Can you consider using a different/new string for Italian? The problem is that the string currently used is probably the same that indicates the coaching staff, and simply changing the translation would just mess up other parts of the game.
