Hi Team,
Currently I have a negative transfer budget of -24,126€, I have more than enough wage and scouting budget to cover the negative balance, but it won't allow me to do so.
If you could have a look into it and provide some advice, currently I'm unable to sign any players due to the negative balance and due the clubs financial state the board will not give me any money, also my transfer money retention is only 5%, beacuse of the huge debt.
I'm playing with two managers (multi club ownership save) and using a fmscout megapack for leagues as well as Zealand's skin and facepack.
